Thanks for sharing your experience. We’re happy you loved the perfect location and enjoyed visiting the city, though we’re sorry to hear the fridge and lack of ice maker, as well as the limited silverware, impacted your stay. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will review these items with our team for improvement. We hope you still had a great overall visit.

Thank you so much! We’re thrilled you had a wonderful stay. Our housekeeping team takes pride in their cleanliness, so it’s great to hear the space felt clean and comfortable. Parking in Charleston is pretty rare, so we’re happy we could accommodate two spots for you! And our 24/7 team is always glad to answer any questions along the way. Being so close to everything makes exploring easy, and we’d love to welcome you back again!

Stay with us again next time, Katelyn! Cheers!
