I appreciate your note about the exterior and sorry about the neighboring boat ramp noise, though I’m glad it quieted down in the evenings. I want to clarify that regarding the boathouse access, my team responded as soon as the issue was reported and provided guidance to access it properly; however, we did not receive an update from you until check-out. I also appreciate your patience with using the secondary refrigerator downstairs, and I’m glad it was available while we addressed the issue with the main one. We take guest concerns seriously and always act promptly to resolve them so everyone can enjoy their stay. I hope to have the opportunity to host you again for an even smoother experience!

If you had messaged me, I would have loved to help and sent someone out to the property to fix and troubleshoot these issues. Spiderwebs are to be expected at a lake house, but my cleaners will keep a closer eye on that. I'm glad you were still able to have a nice stay!
