Entire remodeled farmhouse.

We are located close to bike trail and scenic river, winery, pizza shop and coffee house. A half hour drive to premium outlets. Or cozy up on the outdoor patio or summer porch with a good book. New this summer are pickleball courts within walking distance, next to basketball courts, splash park and playground.
Two bedrooms with queen beds and a third bedroom with single trundle beds. All located on the second floor of the renovated farmhouse along with a full bath.
The first floor has a modern kitchen, dining room, living room, mud room, bathroom with shower, and summer porch.
Located on a quiet street with big yard and ample parking.

This was our third trip to the farmhouse, and as usual everything was up to Lori's standards and mine. We always enjoy our time there, in and out, attending classes and services at Whitehall Camp and Conference Center. This VRBO is by far the best we have stayed in. It is the cleanest and most well kept property, and they are continually making improvements. Our last stay was in 2023, and they since completed the front porch and added a fire ring for guests. Thank you, Lori and Tim for your warm welcome and accommodations. We had a splendid time again, at this lovely farmhouse with all it's amenities, and special places for those quiet times you're looking for.

Beautiful old farmhouse restored to a very tastefully decorated and supplied place in a small town near nature access areas. Having 2 bathrooms (one on each floor) was a nice plus. Rooms had plenty of space. Beds were firm. Quilts were comfortable and, as others have mentioned, perfectly cleaned.

Host was very welcoming and kind. The photos online do not do the home justice. It is beautiful redone while retaining much of the original farmhouse makeup and style. Love the coffee nook. Very clean and well stocked with attention to detail and small surprises like a small jar of honey, a gift of chocolates, drinks and we loved the photos and story about the home. Thanks for being a wonderful host and sharing your beautiful home.
The location is in the small town of Emlenton but sits on the corner and is quiet and feels secluded.
We spent a day doing crafts, the dining area was cozy and perfect!

Fantastic property

This is the cleanest and most comfortable rental house we have ever stayed. Perfect place for a two night stay for our class reunion. Not one thing missed - everything that you might need is there. Outside covered large conversation area with a grill and fire pit! Recommend highly.

Lovely Farmhouse

We enjoyed our stay in the house. It is even cuter and more comfortable than the photos can capture. The house fit all of our group comfortably and was stocked with all the basics plus a few nice extras. The location was quiet and worked well as a hub for day trips around the area.

Stunning Farmhouse Retreat

Beautifully remodeled farmhouse with historic charm and space for the whole family. The owner’s small touches made a big difference for a seamless stay: leaving the lights on for our night time arrival, a display board of local shops and activities, and easy communication throughout the weekend. Beautiful house nicely decorated and clean

We enjoyed our stay at the Honeybee House. It is nicely decorated with everything you need to enjoy your time there with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. Everything is nicely maintained and clean. We will definitely be back.

A lovely place to stay!

The hosts are welcoming and leave treats at the house that make it even more welcoming. The house is more beautiful than the pictures can show. Beautifully restored. We will be back.

Lovely Renovated Home

We booked the house because of its location and the charm of the posted pictures. The house didn’t disappoint! We stayed four night and had a wonderful stay. The owner was easy to communicate with and the house itself was very accommodating. We’re already planning on returning next year!

GREAT PLACE TO STAY IN WESTERN PA

I grew up in the area and had to come home for a family wedding. Everything about this place and the host is 5 Stars!! I would not change a thing about the place. It is a mix of the old and the new and you can tell a lot of thought and time was put into this wonderful old place. Next time I am home I will definitely look to book again!!

Beautiful home & welcoming hosts!

The farmhouse was gorgeous and comfortable, with everything we needed provided. Our hosts were fantastic as they were in touch to see if there was anything we needed and left us some fresh baked cookies and snacks! We traveled with a 3 month old baby and Lori offered to put up a pack n play for him. If we are ever in the area again, this is absolutely where we would stay!

Beautifully Decorated, Nicely Renovated

This was our second stay at the Honeybee House. Beautifully renovated and decorated farmhouse with plenty of room for our group. Home was well supplied with all our needs and our hostess always pays attention to the details ~ great job!! They have continued to upgrate the property with a new porch and an additional parking space.

Farmhouse Weekend

This property is amazing! It was even better than described. The outdoor patio was great to sit on in the evenings and the house was very cozy. The kitchen was well equipped, right diwn to the plate of dog treats fir our pup. I would even go as far as to say I would love to own this house. The property owners were great and came to introduce themselves while we were out one evening.

Perfect for Camp Meeting at Whitehall

Great host, accommodations superb, every detail carefully and professionally executated for our stay. Snacks and drinks were prepped and ready for our arrival and all six adults were well pleased. Lori and Tim never hesitated with addressing any small concerns. The yoga room, summer porch and hogan provided quiet areas for individual meditation and relaxation for all. Great house and hosts!

Excellent stay

This property is sensational. The house is completely remodeled but retains the original charm. It was built in 1867. Every room in the house is stylishly decorated and themed. The host lives right across the street and goes above and beyond what one would expect. Also, there are some very cool eateries nearby. This is a great place to get away from it all and chill. I highly recommend it.

We love the farmhouse in Emlenton, PA

The process was quick to respond, easy to deal with and this was definitely a beautiful home..nicely decorated! Everything that we could think of was provided in the home, not to mention the cookware, eating utensils, dishes..everything needed for everyday living!! and the bonus was an outdoor Pavilion where myself my husband, Son and his wife could relax throughout day and into the evening! Visit to Emlenton

We were in Emlenton to visit some friends and needed a place and the restored farmhouse was the perfect place! The house is beautiful and the met all our needs and wants! Tim & Lori are great hosts and checked with us several times to make sure everything was good. We had a slight issue with the hot water, but was fixed right away and they had the plumber ready just in case! They were great and it was nice to know they were close by if we needed something. I hope to get back there sometime and would have no hesitation to stay there again! Thank you for a great couple of days!!

We’re just a couple of empty nesters with a dog who enjoy the quiet life of a small town. Our family blessings include four daughters, three sons-in-law, and five grandsons. Hobbies are walking, bike riding, reading and mowing lots of yard!

We purchased and renovated this farmhouse because we felt it was meant to be reunited with the barn we have lived in across the street for almost 30 years. We enjoyed our neighbors who called each other “honey” and know they’d be thrilled to see their home restored.
