85 square meters of comfort, space and style. Two cozy bedrooms, a dining room and a living room will take care of the comfort of up to six people. Only 40 minutes by car from Varna airport! The apartment is completely isolated from traffic noise and has a beautiful view of the green area and the sea in the distance. Pleasure to welcome guests with a sense of aesthetics and comfort. It is located on the road to the upper zone of Balchik, there is a bus stop in front of the entrance of the building and a place for free parking.
The apartment has all the necessary amenities and accessories for living. The sofa in the living room can be transformed into a wide double bed. Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances - oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, all kitchen utensils of a household. The table in the living room is extendable and is suitable for at least 6 people. Three terraces overlook a green hill and one of them has a table with 2 chairs and a comfortable egg chair. Bathroom is with a cozy bad for relaxing.
If you prefer to work with a beautiful view, a bureau and a comfy chair are waiting for you, while the rest are chilling around you. A small baby with - no worriers, a baby bad is available on demand!
The apartment is located 900 meters from the beach, via direct paths can be reached in 15 minutes on foot through the beautiful streets and picturesque buildings of Balchik. You pass by the Ethnographic and Historical Museum, the Art Gallery and imperceptibly reach the Dambata - the renovated bike path along the sea with numerous restaurants, bars and shops. The Botanical Garden and the Palace are 1 km away, Albena is 12 km away, the Tuzlata area with healing mud and amazing nature is 5 km away, the Royal Bay complex is 7 km away.
