Come stay for sunset hour and enjoy dramatic views from the comfort of the living room, kitchen, or outdoor patio. This private community lake is great for swimming, fishing, kayaking, bird watching and ice skating in the winters. Great accomodation for a family getaway, relaxing weekend, or a place to work remotely with a view, this cottage is the perfect setting. Our area is at the base of the picturesque Litchfield hills and is close to many wineries, outdoor activities, and scenic views. The property is equipped with kayaks, shuffleboard, fast WiFi, deskspace, Smart TVs, and a fully stocked kitchen. Pet Friendly. We look forward to hosting you for your getaway!

We had an amazing stay at the Cozy Oasis! This place is truly incredible and they had everything we needed- we enjoyed the kayaks, both fire pits, and the grill! Our pup loved swimming and it is very pet friendly! It is super clean and well kept, honestly the nicest vrbo stay we have had yet. We had great weather everyday and the views of the lake were gorgeous. Honestly just book this place you won’t regret it!

had such an incredible stay! Check-in was super smooth, and when we walked in the home was spotless—so clean and welcoming. The private backyard right on the water was amazing, especially at sunset. Kayaking on the lake was a dream, and it was exactly the restful, relaxing trip we were hoping for. The host was great—very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We also loved the nearby hiking trails and got to enjoy them with our two dogs, which made it feel even more like home. Truly a perfect family-friendly getaway—we can’t wait to come back!

This was a great get away for Thanksgiving. The listing is very accurate and the house is very well equipped especially as far as the kitchen and supplies. The space is very well thought out as well.

Our stay at "Cozy Oasis" on Plymouth Lake was absolutely wonderful! The property is a true gem, offering a perfect, peaceful retreat right on the lake. We loved having access to the kayaks and spent a lot of time on the water. The fireplace and grilling area were perfect for cozy evenings, and we truly enjoyed the unique and relaxing experience with our family. A special thank you to Vlad, the owner. He was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our entire stay. His hospitality made everything so easy and enjoyable. Definitely recomended for family and friends.

Amazing Property

Vladimir and Cristina's Plymouth listing is such a great find! It was a great home base for visiting family in the area for the holidays. I don't think I've ever been to a rental that had everything you could possibly need. All this plus an amazing view - we'll be back!

The house, property, and location were perfect for our needs (took my daughter and her friend for a long weekend to celebrate her 13th birthday). Everything was easy to navigate and understand. The house was clean and cozy. The lake was spectacular. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Easy Lakeside Living

Everything this place promised was delivered, and more. Beautifully designed and appointed. Everything both people and pets needed to enjoy the experience was there. From waking up to the view and the mist on the lake, to kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming, to sunsets and nights around the firepit, we loved it.

Family trip to kick start the summer!

This place was perfect for our family of five and our doggo! We loved the lake and taking out the kayaks, enjoyed watching movies together in the cozy living room, sat out each night by the firepit, and had everything we needed in the well appointed kitchen to make our meals. Wonderful lakefront oasis with great hospitality

We had such a relaxing, wonderful stay at this lakefront oasis. The lake views from the upstairs living room & the downstairs kitchen and yard were lovely. The number of song birds was delightful to watch and hear. We counted 31 birds in <1 hour! We also saw turtles, fish, and a Bald Eagle.

Beautiful lakehouse getaway

This is the second home we have rented from these owners. The properties never disappoint. Well appointed, clean, and beautifully decorated. The owners went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay and everything we needed. Vlad and his wife are generous and very responsive. Our two kids and pups had a wonderful stay.

Cost cute and just right

We were in area from Uk visiting friends who live not far away. So this little home was just ideal for us. Weather improved on the day we left so we didnt sit outside by the lake but we did enjoy watching the birds and fish.

Amazing Stay at the Cozy Oasis!

We had an amazing stay at the Cozy Oasis! The house was immaculate, equipped with everything you could possibly need, and very comfortable. We had a great time fishing and kayaking in the lake. The backyard was designed with hanging out in mind- equipped with comfortable outdoor couches, a shaded patio, a fire pit, and a new dock on the lake. The house is also close to stores. Cristina and Vlad were incredibly helpful and gracious hosts. We hope to stay here again!

This house, Cozy Oasis, was hands down the best place we’ve ever stayed using VRBO! When we arrived, the house was absolutely immaculate and The welcome basket was a lovely surprise! The house is itself was fantastic. It worked well for our family of five. But the views! Wow! We wanted a fall weekend away and the views were spectacular! We really enjoyed the outdoor amenities, like the fire pits and chairs, the dock, my kids did some fishing (more like “casting” because they are novices and young, but they loved it still!!). At night, we snuggled on the comfy couch, with the electric fireplace and record player, playing board games and watching a movie. I can’t recommend this place enough!!! 10/10!!!

Very Lovely

This is a really lovely and clean home. The owners were very responsive and clearly take great care with the property and rental process. It was very comfortable for me, my mother and my four year old daughter. The lake view is gorgeous and peaceful, however be advised that CT lakes can sometimes get high bacteria levels so it was not swim friendly when we were there

Perfect stay! Mon-Fri. Awesome place for our two mini Aussies who love the water. Everything was as clean as you would want it. We had a great time with the shuffleboard too! Kayaks were easy to use and store. Grill worked great. The outside gas fire pit was a great add. It was a house across the river that did a professional light show every single night. Plenty of good, Local places to eat. Two of our favorites where Fuoco's pizza and for a birthday celly we went to Materia Ristorante, which was very high end (Michelin star) and amazing! We also went blueberry picking at a local farm. Several nice touches. We will definitely be back.

Birdwatcher’s Dream

Easy to rent and communicate with Vlad, the owner. The house is immaculate and stocked with everything we needed for a 4 day stay. View of the lake from upstairs and the backyard are magnificent! We spotted over 38 species of birds including bald eagles and great blue herons. What a thrill. Highly recommend. This is our 2nd year and we will be back in 2024.

My wife and I are so excited to share this property with you. We get so much joy enjoying this property and staying here every chance we can get, whether to just enjoy the outdoors, and the lake-side living or just working from home with the captivating views.

This home means a lot to us. We purchased this home as an escape from our everyday lives of living in the city. We come up every chance we can get, however whenever we are not there - we want others to experience the lake-life. There's nothing like waking up to a foggy lake full of wildlife and birds in the morning, and watching it evolve through the day to cap off with a dramatic sunset that we enjoy by the fire.

Our home has an incredible amount of wildlife including tons of birds. If you're lucky enough to see them, we have Eagles that live directly on the lake. We wake up every morning with breathtaking views of the lake and wind down to dramatic sun-set views by the propane firepit. We often find ourselves glued to our large windows, just taking in the outdoors from inside. This home has some magic to it that eases the soul.
