The Space:
This home is beautifully decorated with renovated bathrooms, well stocked kitchen with granite countertops. Leather sofa and reclining chair in living room. Spacious screened in back porch, rocking chairs and swing on front porch. Home sits on 4 peaceful and quiet acres with a saltwater pool. Room to roam and play frisbee or football.

This is a personal home that owners return to. Family photos and some personal items do remain in the the home. While away, the owners have opened it for you to enjoy and hope you love it as much as they do.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet, private, country setting with a large yard. Great sunset views. You may see deer, fox, wild turkey, and you may even see a bald eagle.

Getting Around:
The driveway is gravel but there is a concrete parking pad along with a walkway to front door.

Other Things to Note:
This home has a pool. Children and pets should be monitored at ALL times. No diving allowed. Pool depth is only 5 feet. Pets not allowed in pool.

This home is in the country. You may encounter wasps, chiggers, and other creepy crawlies. We suggest keeping doors and windows closed so they don't come inside. We'll keep some sprays on hand as well in case you come across any.

Pets must be approved. Please provide breed, age and weight.
