Retreat to the large private deck of this newly renovated getaway and gaze out at the mountains of the continental divide. Neatly decorated and featuring a coffee bar, new vinyl floors, updated kitchen and bathroom, and river rock gas fireplace. Take an early morning stroll on the Fraser River Trail, located behind the condo to the grocery store (0.6 miles), or continue all the way to Winter Park. The river trail is relatively flat and perfect for walking, riding bikes and accessing fishing.

This cozy condo has everything to make you feel at home – WiFi, Smart TV's, washer and dryer, king and queen size beds with pillow tops, comfy sheets and duvets. Spread out on the chaise couch in front of the fireplace, create a delicious home-cooked meal in the well-equipped kitchen, and dine at the large dining table that offers groups and families a fun and enjoyable space for meals together.

Our mountain condo is a ground floor unit, as a result you may hear your neighbors.

For light sleepers, we are located a quarter mile from a railroad track. For your convenience, we've provided ear plugs and a noise machine which is highly effective in blocking out unwanted noise. We've also installed noise reduction windows (June-22).
