BLUE LEISURE - C is a cozy 2 BR, with sleeping for 6 with a queen bedroom, small twin bunk room and queen pullout sofa. Everything is new including the fully equipped kitchen, furnishings and linens. It also has a large, fenced, private patio. Less than a mile from beautiful downtown Stuart, you’ll enjoy a variety of shops, restaurants, bars and waterfront sightseeing as well as fishing and beaches just a short car ride away! Laundry on premises. Dogs allowed w/ prior approval $25/fee pet pet Blue Leisure C has a master bedroom with a queen bed and a large closet with a lot of hanging space. In addition, there is a small second bedroom with a set of twin bunk beds. In the bunk room, we have provided a small cabinet for folded clothes as well as a fold down bar for hanging clothes. Both bedrooms have a television. The family room has a queen size pullout sofa as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals and it also has a dishwasher. We provide both a drip coffee maker (filters are provided) and a Keurig coffee maker (initial supply of pods are provided). A small high top table (when pulled away from the wall and the leaves extended) allows for 4 people to eat a meal together. There is a private, fenced area with a large covered table and 5 chairs as well as a grill. There is parking for 2 cars. Please park on the right side of the driveway facing the building. A shared laundry room is located on the rear right side of the building. The code to the door is 6789. Laundry detergent is located under the kitchen sink.
