🏡 The Refuge des Forêts is a detached chalet classified 3★, with a surface area of 95 m², located in Picherande on the edge of the forests in a quiet area, in the heart of the Massif du Sancy. Ideal for a stay with family or friends, it combines comfort, nature and authenticity!

First floor:
• Large living room with living room, dining room and equipped American kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer...).
• 1 bedroom with double bed (160 cm).
• Bathroom with shower.
• Separate toilet.

Upstairs:
• 1 bedroom with double bed (140 cm) and private balcony.
• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm).
• Mezzanine with 1 single bed (90 cm).

Exteriors:
• Large enclosed garden of 800 m².
• 2 terraces, 1 of which directly overlooks the forest.
• Private balcony upstairs.
• Parking in front of the house (several cars).
• Secure shelter for bicycles/mountain bikes.

Equipment:
• Free high-speed Wi-Fi (Starlink).
• Wood stove.
• TV, DVD player, board games.
• Washing machine, dryer.
• Baby equipment (cot, baby bath, high chair).
• Raclette machine.

Conditions:
• Capacity: 7 people.
• Minimum stay: 2 nights outside school holidays, 7 nights during school holidays.
• Available from mid-September to mid-June.
• Self-arrival from 4pm: the keys are waiting for you in a key box at the front door, the code of which is communicated to you just before your arrival. Check-out until 11am. A local concierge is available throughout your stay if needed.
• Pets not allowed (thank you for your understanding).
• Cleaning: carried out by the tenant, or flat rate €50.
• Late check-out: €30, subject to availability.
• Bed linen and towels not provided (duvets, pillows and mattress protectors provided).
• Tourist tax extra: €1.21/night/adult (2026 rate).

Rates (all charges included):
High season (December to March):
• €150 / night for 2 to 6 nights
• €135 / night from 7 nights (or €945 per week)

Low season (April to mid-June and mid-September to November), 25% off promotion:
• €113/night for 2 to 6 nights
• €100/night from 7 nights (or €700 per week)

Booking: 30% deposit on booking, balance 8 days before arrival. Security deposit of €500 by dematerialized bank imprint (Swikly), no debit unless damage is noted.

📍 200 m from the village and shops, 300 m from Lake Gayme, 10 minutes from Super-Besse. Hikes accessible directly from the chalet.
