This newer 2,200 sq ft. (4 bd 2.5 ba built in 2005) end-unit townhome is quiet, roomy, comfortable, clean, and stylish. Radiant in-floor heating in combination with high-end finishes, new furniture, new towels, and linens will warm you from the inside-out. There are 4 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one half-bath, a large washer/dryer set, and a heated two-car garage perfect for drying out ski boots and ski clothing, storing mountain bikes, or camping gear. You can relish in the bright east-facing third (top) floor living room, where you’ll be greeted by the morning sun pouring in the oversized window and filling vaulted ceilings. The open floor plan allows everyone to spread-out and sink into oversized chairs and couches that overlook hundreds of acres of protected forest land along Cement Creek. The room’s hand-built rock gas fireplace also offers instant heat when needed after a chilly hike or day on the slopes.
Your evenings can be spent enjoying meals in a well-appointed west-facing kitchen and dining area. The dining area seats 6 adults with 4 additional seats in the nook, and 3 more chairs at the bar. Together your whole group will enjoy a front-seat ticket to sunset views over Mt.CB and Paradise Divide. The cozy west-facing deck is also accessed from this floor. It has a small grill and offers a nice place for an afternoon or evening drink.
SLEEPING ARRANGMENTS
Our bed configuration offers a tremendous amount of flexibility for various sleeping arrangements to accommodate many scenarios...1 to 3 couples, 1 or 2 families, a large family, extended family, groups of friends, etc.!
On the first floor – off the entry – is a secluded and spacious master suite. The generous room includes a queen bed and a pull-out couch (twin) sofa. It’s perfect for families with small children. The second floor includes two bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom has a queen and plenty of space to spread out. The second bedroom has bunk beds that could sleep several kids, or a couple adults. The bunk includes: 1-twin; 1-full; and 1-twin trundle.
Finally, the lower level serves a fourth bedroom and an ideal space for kicking back and letting the kids have their space to play! The room includes a generous egress window, twin bunk beds, a TV, and overstuffed seating for maximum R&R.
There is a Pack & Play crib, mattress & sheets on site. A high-chair and hiking backpack are available as well.
LOCATION & ACCESS
Located in the heart of the CB South Commercial District your steps from Tully’s (an iconic restaurant/bar), the skating rink, tennis courts, coffee shop, nordic trails, hiking & biking trails, parks and much more! If you’re looking to mix-it-up in downtown CB, the free mtn/town bus stop is only a few minute walk-away.
PARKING
Guests have access to two parking spots: one in the garage and another outside for our unit. **Important** the garage will not fit a cartop carrier. If you are traveling with a carrier, please let us know and we can advise you on how to orient your car in front (outside) of the garage door.
OTHER NOTES
The base price reflects a stay for 6 guests (primary renter must be 27-years old), as we try and make it economical for a smaller group to stay here. We allow for more than 6 guests, but we charge $50/guest/night for anyone above 6 guests. This helps us compensate for more guests' additional costs, mainly water, energy, waste, and cleaning services.
Please ensure the proper number of guests is in your reservation. Any undisclosed guests above the base price of 6 guests will be charged double per night. All we ask is for you to be upfront and honest about how many people are in your party :)
