I loved this place. The landlady was so friendly and welcoming. Loved the grounds. Felt very safe and easy to communicate with land lady. Wonderful stay

A hidden gem just outside of downtown Los Gatos. The property is beautifully manicured, the house is immaculate, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Our dog very much enjoyed the open areas to romp and I enjoyed relaxing evenings on the patio listening to the sounds of the frogs and the wind in the trees. Our host, Rezan, was so kind and thoughtful. Our communication was excellent, and we even had fresh croissants shared with us, and a beautiful token to take home as a memory. It's the type of place that makes you want to stay forever.

Lovely Stay at Fairy Hill

The accommodations were very well appointed and comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood and very close to great food in DT Los Gatos. We really enjoyed our stay and our host was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location, charming garden property, and gracious host. This is a small suite attached to a private home that has another rental above. Fairly private unit with own entrance at one end of the home. Ample parking. Hot water in the large shower. Bedroom, living room and bathroom. The owner came down the drive to greet us on arrival and delivered a lovely breakfast one morning. The only minor improvements to the listing would be to disclose that there is no laundry in the unit; it is offered “by appointment” elsewhere on the property. Also, the kitchen is a refrigerator and an electric hotplate in the foyer space and a microwave in the living room. The bathroom has the only sink. However, this is actually OK considering that downtown Los Gatos restaurants are in walking distance. If you want a compact but comfortable & very quiet suite in Los Gatos/Monte Sereno: this is your place.

Home away from Home

We stayed for several days due to a minor home remodel. The location was beautiful and peaceful. The owner was thoughtful, kind and welcoming. We plan to stay again in the near future.

Los Gatos suite

The rental was a nice quiet suite in an expensive but safe neighbourhood with a spacious bedroom, bathroom and living room. Hot water takes awhile to reach the shower, the host replies very quickly and the pet friendliness of the place was awesome. Overall good experience.

Nice and quiet little place near downtown Los Gatos

Nice little place that is attached to the house where the hosts live. It was perfect for a few day stay. The hosts were very easy to get in touch with and they were very accommodating. The place itself is a bit on the older side and has that "old house" smell. It was very comfortable though and super quiet. Highly recommended.

Host was awesome, lives on site, great pet area, beautiful grounds. Those were the positives, negatives were a very uncomfortable low sitting 2 person worn love seat, the only seating besides 2 chairs and small table. Only sink was in the bathroom, ants in/outside bedroom door to the parking space, was given ant spray. We thought the bed was a full size but was told it’s a queen. We wouldn’t stay in that space again, but would consider the unit above.

The unit is designed for two guests, and while the space is compact, it’s furnished with a cozy loveseat and a queen-size bed, as noted in the listing. I understand that comfort is personal, and I truly appreciate your feedback. Regarding the ants—being nestled in a lush garden, we do occasionally share space with nature, especially during warmer months or when food is left out, often for pets. We stayed for 6 nights at the end of May/beginning of June. Our stay was perfect in every way! The location was so pretty and the house was great for 2 adults and our small dog. Downtown Los Gatos is an easy 10-15 walk, where there are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars to try. Rezan was an amazing host and communicator. Any question we had was answered quickly! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore the Bay Area, north or south! Thank you Rezan for everything!
