MISCELLANEOUS UPKEEP WORK WILL BE DONE ON THE BUILDING THROUGHOUT THE 2025 YEAR AND INTO SPRING OF 2026. INTERMITTENT NOISE IS EXPECTED DURING THIS WORK
Guest must be 21 years of age or older to rent. Guests under 25 will be required to complete an in-person check in process.
Enjoy the stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico and sugar white beaches from this 21st floor Shores of Panama unit. Sassy Sands Sea-scape unit 2115 is a 2 BR 2 BA beachfront condo with amazing Gulf of Mexico oceanfront views. This updated unit features all the comforts of home throughout. Bedroom 1 features a king bed and private bathroom while the unit also hosts a bunk room with access to the second bathroom. The common area also holds a sleeper sofa and space for you and the entire family. Shores of Panama features a beautiful renovated resort pool and access to some of Panama City's best establishments!
The owners provide guest with a FREE 2 person cabana chair and umbrella on the beach for guest to use during their stay (Mid March - Late October only).
Shores of Panama is located on Thomas Drive and is close to St. Andrews State Park and some of the best restaurants in Panama City like Pineapple Willy's, Dat Cajun Place, Captain Anderson's, Neon's, Patches and Firefly. The golf course is just 3 minutes away and the Marina is 12 minutes away. The marina is a great spot to book a dolphin excursion or fishing charter for your next family getaway to PCB. The Hershey's Ice Cream shop is located only 5 mins away and will be your favorite spot for a late night sundae on more than one occasion during your stay!
The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.
Guest register and pay for parking upon arrival. You get one parking pass and 6 Resort bands for $90.
Owner provides a beach wagon and back pack cooler and 2-3 beach chairs for your use.

Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

5 stars. Everything was perfect. There was a problem with the air conditioner and the response was very quick. Despite it being 10 pm. We had a perfect view and we enjoyed our stay there.

Spring break destination!
The place was super ideal, very clean and lots of stuff around it. Cort gave us all the details, where good restaurants were and where the fun was! Super comfy and all the necessary appliances- pots, pans, silverware, etc. 10/10 stay!

Comfortable and Clean
We truly enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the views of the pool and the gulf. We did not have any issues waiting for elevators; it’s a big building, so you have to know you may need to share the elevators.

Shores of Panama
The condo was really nice and had a great view of the Gulf. It was the perfect size for our family and we enjoyed the balcony. Shores of Panama is a huge complex which isn’t for everyone so keep that in mind. Our host, Cort, was super helpful, responsive and made the whole check in / check out process really easy.

Treasure.
From watching the dolphins play overlooking the spacious balcony to enjoying the largest pool I’ve yet to see at any resort - this is A treasure. Please if you come, show respect and treat this place as your own. Amazing owners and contact is grade A

Nice
The Condo was nice had all you needed. The kids had alot of fun at the pool and the beach. Easy walk to Pineapple Willy's. The parking garage and elevators were the only issues. But room and property were great.

We enjoyed our stay. The only thing was the elevators. This place could use about 5 more elevators. The wait on them is insane. But we loved the condo.
