Spurrier Apt. 1
This rental has a full bed in both of the two bedrooms. Towels and washcloths are included for four guests.
It was just remodeled with brand new paint throughout, a new central heating and air HVAC unit, new bedding, new flooring, and leather dual-reclining sofa in the living room. This rental includes a complete kitchen with all of the necessities, from pots and pans down to silverware, and a full-size stove & refrigerator, and charcoal grill for your use on your private, covered, back patio! We have supplied everything down to the hangers to hang your clothes on inside of full-sized closets with dressers in both bedrooms. There is a smart TV in the living room and both of the bedrooms, with a DVD player included at each to watch your favorite Red Box movies on.
It is within walking distance to shopping and restaurants such as Dollar General, Gino’s Pizza, to a local favorite ‘Lynn’s Drive-In Restaurant’, a gas station, Advanced Auto, and even a laundromat. Razor and ATV riding is legal on all streets in this town. You can park your truck and trailer in the parking lot and ride straight to the trails. Great cell service, FREE WIFI, and it is only a short ride to all of the trail systems.
Side Note: You will have to go up steps to get to this two-bedroom apartment style nightly rental.
Contactless check-in and check-out is a must. You are emailed your door code and once inside you have an extra security door lock.

• $175.00/night, $800.00/week, $1,495.00/month
• 14-night minimum
• $100.00 non-refundable pet fee
• $100.00 cleaning fee per stay
