Plan a great family getaway for up to 6 in this lovely vacation home away from home just steps from the beach and a short walk to South Beach Marina for all of your shopping, dining, and outdoor activities!

We know you are going love the ease of access with this first floor walk-up. Enjoy the private patio for a relaxing meal, keeping your bikes and beach gear right outside or walking right around to your car. The large sliding doors offer plenty of natural light. There is plenty of seating in the living area and the sofa is a queen sleeper bed. The dining room seats six comfortably, and there is seating for three at the breakfast bar. You will find everything you need in this immaculately remodeled and fully-equipped kitchen with an efficient layout and plenty of counter space. Coffee lovers will especially like the option to use either the Keurig or the drip coffee maker - m-m-m, who doesn't love the smell of coffee in the morning?

The new open floor plan allows you to enjoy preparing meals, visiting with friends and family and gives an airy feel to the space. There is a full-size washer and dryer behind the beautiful barn doors. The primary bedroom has a phenomenally comfortable king bed and en suite with a new double vanity and shower. The hall bath has a shower/tub and is across from the second bedroom with a king bed.

The 5,000-acre Sea Pines Resort includes the Harbour Town Links of RBC Heritage fame, as well as Hilton Head’s iconic candy-striped lighthouse. Explore the 605-acre forest preserve on foot or horseback, or head out on the water on a dolphin cruise, fishing excursion, or a peaceful kayak trip through the bustling marinas at South Beach and Harbour Town.

PROPERTY SPECIFIC DETAILS:

* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool at least a week in advance to their stay. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.
* Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.
* 1748 Bluff Villa is located in Building 5, 1st Floor, Stairwell A. Please note: There are exterior steps in all Bluff Villa buildings to access ALL floors including first floor villas.

Great location! Nice that we had our own walk out patio entrance to our car. Nice seeing the wildlife “deer” outside near the entrance and a close walk to the sound beach area.

Family Vacay!

Loved being on the bottom floor. You could park right in your “backyard” yet you had privacy on the patio. Lots of room for fishing gear, beach wagon, bikes. Even had a hose to spray off the sand before going inside. Beach literally across the street! Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfy. Felt very at home here!

Mid - late February Get-Away

Very conveniently located. About 3 min. walk to beach or to Marina. Weather was almost total sunshine during our 2-week stay, with cool wind but nice for the time of year. Condo was very clean, comfortable bed, nicely furnished. Would stay here again. Host2Coast was easy to to deal with; we encountered no problems.

quiet, but convenient!

The property is clean and modern with all the amenities of home. It is convenient to the intercoastal as well as the ocean. The beach access was easy and the beach itself was not overly crowded. Even during half season. A three minute walk from the salty dog Café.

South Beach Weekend

Great weekend at South Beach Marina. Great walking trails, beach, pickleball courts, and of course The Salty Dog. Nice clean ground floor condo with easy walking access to all of the above.

Nice place to stay!

This first floor villa was very clean, quiet, bright, and very close to the beach! Check in and check out was easy with very good instructions! We would definitely stay here again. Plenty of towels, comfortable bed and linens. Only suggestion I could offer would be a couple of nicer beach chairs in the unit to enjoy and please update the network and wifi password that is posted in the actual unit. Some confusion with two different networks and passwords displayed in different places. A quick phone call helped to fix the issue! Very much enjoyed our visit to HH with this comfortable place to stay!

Super clean

We were very happy with this condo. It is updated, clean and perfect for vacationers. The location is very convenient - located at the front of the complex. Easy parking and access. Condo is well equipped in the kitchen and with linen necessities. I would strongly recommend.

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property so much! It was our first time in Hilton Head and we loved being in the Sea Pines area. This condo was so clean and had everything we needed. The welcome basket was a nice touch and it was helpful having beach towels provided too. It was easy walk across the street to the beach. We bought the pool pass for the week and it was an easy 5 minute walk through the parking lot to get to the pool. The salty Dog was an easy walk too, right by the pool. We loved being on the ground level with this condo. We could lock up our bikes right on our patio which was very convenient as well. Overall, a beautiful place, great location to access the beach and pool and we loved exploring Hilton Head!

Relaxation guaranteed

Property was exactly as listed, well appointed, clean, and easily walkable to South Beach Marina. We watched the dolphins, birds and stingrays play in the Sound just steps from the patio! Enjoyed the bike paths that begin at condos and the Farmers’ Market at Sea Pines Center. Would love to stay again!

This was our 3rd year staying on this property, however; 1st time at this condo. Family loved the open floor plan with the kitchen, living room and dining room. Easy walk to the beach, pool area, and Salty Dog.

The lower level entry made it very convenient for coming and going and to store our bikes on the patio. The bed was very comfortable and the area was quiet while we were there making for restful sleep. The kitchen was well outfitted and having laundry on site was a plus. The beach is a short walk away and has beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed walking and riding our bikes on the beach. The Salty Dog Cafe and shops are within walking distance and Harbor Town and more shops are just a bike ride away.

Revisiting Memories

My mom and dad used to live in Sea Pines on Deer Run Ln. They both have since passed. My wife and I went back to retrace footsteps at their favorite places and do their favorite things. Our Bluff Vila so delivered in every way. Great unit, location and immaculate condition. Thumbs up! We will be back!

Another awesome stay

This is our third time staying in Bluff Villas. This unit was so nice. Loved the location being on the first floor and an end unit. Very well maintained. Would definitely stay here again. Nice short walk to the Salty Dog which is a great place to go for drinks at night. We ❤️Hilton Head.
