Fantastic million dollar udsigt fra dette hjørne Ocean Front Condo. Intet sted er smukkere langs Kona Coast. Komfortabel store Lanai / terrasse med op til otte til ti fod gennemskinnelige krystal blå bølger bryde kun 100 fødder væk på Honl strand, der betragtes som en af ​​verdens bedste surfing strande. There are positives and negatives with this property. The biggest negative for us was a lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms. There is only an air conditioner in the living room. It should be opposite. The positive is the ocean view and location to the downtown area.

Great location

Wonderful location with a few updates this property would be amazing. Invest in some new towels, a little more comfortable bed and some actual glass in the condo rather than just plastic.

Turtles on the beach

Wonderful location and facilities - you can’t beat the view! Enjoy the surfers, see the turtles munching in the rocks with your morning coffee on the deck! Crazy sunsets. Great Kona location and easy safe parking. Quick walk to Kona shopping or snorkel beaches etc!

Amazing Vacation Rental

We just got back and loved this rental. Amazing views from everywhere, literally overlooking the point at Honl's beach. Waves were fun out front and it was great to be able to sit and watch my boy get waves directly from the balcony.

Excellent location, in need of a deep clean

You simply cannot beat this location. The view from this unit is stunning, parking is convenient and the walk to town is very easy. The kitchen is reasonably updated and the flooring is nice throughout the unit. It's a shame the windows/sliding door/lanai are so filthy, and the furniture in the main bedroom is so poor, as this really does distract from the unit.

The view was amazing, but the condo was not well maintained. It was definitely not what we expected for the price. The double sliding glass door was broken (this was not disclosed). We were able to use one side using some force. The patio chairs were rusted. There were two water leak spots in the guest bedroom closet. The condo had been cleaned but just not properly. The outside of the kitchen cabinets were grimy and so was the face of the refrigerator. There was some mildew in the grout of the shower and the screen in the master bath was covered in thick dust. We had some trouble with the TV so we contacted the property manager who was rude and referred us to the maintenance guy who was actually helpful. We messaged Ken, the property manager, about our concerns but never heard back from him. It doesn't appear he has inspected this property in some time.

Incredibly Convenient!

This is the perfect location to explore downtown Kona and all it has to offer! Great space, perfect porch for meals while you watch the waves and the sea turtles. Has everything you could possibly need to relax while you enjoy the Big Island, including swimming pool and convenient parking garage.

Great views

The condo was nice. Location is great. We love how close it is to everything. It looks partially redone, floors and countertops and bathrooms. The smart tv was a plus for evening downtime. We saw whales and lots of coming and going from the lanai. Unfortunately, the lanai doors barely moved to open and close and we couldn’t get them to lock and the screen would not stay on the track. The floor also needed a good scrub but everything else was clean and tidy.

Beautiful place to stay.

Beautiful place to stay. I only have 2 complaints. 1 is the queen bedroom didn't have a dresser so that was disappointing. Second is the beach was very rocky, so not much of a beach to swim. Other then that, the two was amazing and i would come back again.

Incredible views. Everything within walking distance.

We stayed here for our 25th anniversary and it was our first time in Hawaii. This location did not disappoint! Views are incredible! Ample space. Beautiful sunsets. Great accommodations. Everything is within walking distance. Plenty to do in this area. Highly recommend and great communication from the staff.

What a view!

This was a perfect destination for my family and i. Kitchen set up.for full meals, clean, spacious, and oh man the views. The sunsets off the lanai were spectacular. Easy walking to everything in town, and a great starting point for longer destinations. Beach outside the door, waves crashing, it was awesome. Easy to get to, only caveat is you need to be a pretty good at parking in tight spots. The garage is clean, safe, and small. Other than that, awesome all around.

Volcanoes - And a great time

This VRBO was exceptional clean. The views were exceptional. We all enjoyed watching the surfers - and they definitely were very good. the waves were 10 to 20 feet at times. We were on the beach next door a lot. We enjoyed the two bedrooms and the full kitchen. Couldn't quite figure how to operate the tv but that was OK since it made us get outside and enjoy the area. Restaurants downtown are all within walking distance and the are realy exceptional. very friendly area.

Beautiful Condo Beautiful view!

The condo is fabulous! Very clean. Close to downtown, easy walking distance. The view is out of this world! The only caution I would add ia that the whole complex is not handicap accessible. No matter which floor you stay on you have to climb stairs. Other than that this is a phenomenal place to stay!

Location Views Comfy

Just not sure you can find a better view from a condo in Kona. The corner location gives you unobstructed views of the entire Kona Bay. Living quarters are as described. Large living area, large deck, and air conditioning made for a comfortable stay. Only suggestion is that there is more than enough room for a sofa bed in the living area. The uncomfortable blowup doesn’t work for grown adults. Aloha 🌸

Best breakfast spot on the big island!

Our family spent Thanksgiving weekend at this condo and really enjoyed it! The views and experience from the lanai are second to none. Great location and owners have stocked the unit with snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. The only reason we've not given this rental 5 stars is the community does not allow for children under the age of 12 to enjoy all the amenities. Our family was unable to enjoy the hot tub and be at the pool together as the community/HOA has strict rules regarding the pool and spa area. If families are looking at staying here, be aware that children under the age of 12 will be limited to what they can do on the property. If you don't have children under 12, then this place is great!

PROS: The listing is exactly like it said regarding the view! You are literally right on the ocean! Can’t beat how beautiful it was! Communication with the owner was great and check in was very easy! Great walking distance to the Main Street/Restaurants! The most amazing snorkeling ever, just to the left of the condo!! CONS: The condo is VERY outdated! Not just the decor…. Towels, linens, all the finishes, utensils, etc.. There is no central air, only a wall air conditioning in the living room! (It did eventually cool down the unit). Place just needs some major updating and paint! The balcony sliding door is extremely heavy and doesn’t open and shut Properly! Could be very difficult for some to open/shut!

Treat yourself to this A+ experience!

What a wonderful property to enjoy your time on the Big Island!! The views from every window and the lanai are spectacular. We loved looking out at the beach to see morning yoga classes and to the ocean to see boogie boarders. The unit was clean, has a well appointed kitchen with pristine dishes, glassware, pots & pans, and everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Though an older property, this unit has been modernized (great bathrooms and floor) and upgrades are continuing. The lanai furniture is not in great shape but replacements have been ordered. It is obvious that the owners of the whole development take pride in maintaining common areas, especially the pool, with relaxing lounge chairs. Location is another huge plus because walking into town was easy on a side road away from the highway. We found delicious restaurants and a fantastic gelato place with unique choices. I would highly recommend this property.

Kona Coast Condo

We loved the location, view and beach next to condo. Access was good and the pool there was clean and delightful. We were a little disappointed with some of the supplies like beach towels, beach chairs and cooler. There were items there but not what we would use for a “beach” day. We ended up buying our own. The outdoor table was infested with ants every time we were out on the lanai and the floors were dirty. We walked around first day with our shoes off and the bottom of our feet were very dirty. Rugs need replaced as corners are lifting and are a tripping hazard. Ice maker doesn’t do much ice so we ended up buying ice in order to have some. Just a few observations that could be easily remedied. We didn’t mind paying the price for the condo and would again, just offering some insights to make the experience better for those that come to enjoy the island/location. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback.

Good location as advertised. The unit has a beautiful view of the ocean, sunset, and the adjacent beach. The unit furnishings are deminimus, meaning they are still largely functional, but generally at end of life. Curtains, mattresses, air conditioning, and furniture are not in very good shape and below par for a unit in this price range.The unit is not equipped to sleep 6... the air mattresses are also at end of life, and only one set of linens was available. We had a good stay, and the unit was functional, but ideally the unit furnishings get a makeover soon.
