Newly renovated, water views, EZ beach access, King bed, towels/linens/grill! 🌞

Fully remodeled 3 bed/3 bath home in close proximity to the beach and downtown Surf City. The “Soundset” townhome is located just a half-mile south of the new high-rise bridge. While staying you can walk to all of the shops, dining and entertainment that Surf City has to offer! The beach (public access #23) is a quick stroll, and the fishing pier is also very close-by. Walkable breakfast spots include Sunrise Bagels and Daybreak Donuts (the best donuts on the island, made to order!), and there’s several restaurants in close proximity including Santino’s Italian, Beauchaines Seafood, Topsail Steamer and Shaka Taco. Soundside park is also nearby, with a public boat launch, walking trails and playground for the kids. Stay here and enjoy the best location on Topsail Island!

Unit A is a 3 bed, 3 bath fully renovated & modern beach house with plenty of decking to enjoy the sunrise and sunset views. LVP and tile flooring throughout (no dirty carpets!), beachy style bead-board walls, all new kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances, new baths with tile and marble topped vanities, and modern light fixtures & ceiling fans throughout. Every bedroom has a wall-mounted 4K Smart Roku TV and private deck access. There is also a charcoal grill outside for your use.

Linens & towels provided! Bedrooms are 1 king, 1 queen and 1 full / twin combination bunk. Note: beds also include mattress & pillow encasements.

50 South Surf Shop is also right down the street, available to meet all of your beach rental needs! (910-328-7911)

Hosts were great, everything was clean and had just about anything you needed. Great location to drive anywhere around the island - restaurants, stores, beaches, etc.

Summer vacation

It’s exactly as advertised. The home was clean, spacious and in a great location. We walked to the beach daily and to all the restaurants and shops by the pier. The home had everything we needed for the week.

July 4th Family trip

This place was perfect for us. Lots of space for us to spread out and really enjoy our time together. Perfect location, within walking distance to the beach and so many different shops and things. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway!

Very pleased with this home and owners. Beds are comfortable, kitchen nicely equipped, decor was really pretty. This was an extended weekend trip for our family including three who are in the military. Due to their schedule we brought vacation to them in Surf City. This condo/duplex is an easy walk to beach. It was very clean and comfortable for our group. Would def stay here again. Thank you so much for sharing with us!

Great location and accommodations!

This experience was awesome!!! The hosts made our stay a breeze. Our family of 8 was comfortable and there was plenty of room when we wanted to stay in and rest for a bit. The ocean was an easy walk and there was plenty of supplies for us to use! Thank you!!!!

Beautiful Beach House

This house was perfect for our little group. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was so nice. Towels & linens were provided. The house was spotless and just as described. Close to beach access and lots to do. Would love to stay here again one day.

Great house!

This house is perfect for a trip to the beach. Includes all necessities and a few extras (like spices and a few beach towels) It is clean and comfortable. It is a great location close to the beach access.

Great Location

We loved our recent stay. The house is located just far enough away from the main part of Surf City to be quiet, but everything is still easy walking distance. Great access to the beach. The house itself is super cute and very clean.

Perfect Getaway!

We brought four kids, ages 11-14 for spring break and had a fantastic time! The house has everything you need and the convenient location can’t be beat!

Great location with amazing host!

We loved this location. It was close to all the places we wanted to visit. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Easy quick walk to the beach. The hist were very helpful and brought a fishing pole for my son who had to leave his behind in asheville (we are Helene displaced). They went the extra mile for us. This house was also perfect because the condo next door was rented by our friends and the kids had a great time going back and forth between homes. Perfect!

Excellent location, great communication

The location of the townhome was fantastic. It was an easy walk to the beach and very close to eating establishments. All were easy walks. The owners were in constant communication and when we needed an air mattress they had one delivered to us within a couple of hours. All said we really enjoyed the location, the home, its amenities and the communication and prompt responses of the owners.

Beach house haven

A clean, well-furnished house with a host who was dedicated to our experience. This was a rare find. The little details and comforts turned our simple getaway into a more luxurious escape to the coast. The house was wonderful, just as advertised -- very clean and well appointed with perfect sleeping accommodations. The host was gracious, communicative, provided great customer service, made checking in and out easy, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay no matter the age -- children to adults. It was a perfect location in the heart of Surf City, and a quick and easy walk to the beach (public access #23). I would stay here again. Truly, all the comforts of home.

Great Beach House

Accurate online listing, 5-minute walk to public beach access, spacious kitchen. What makes this a 5-star review? I contacted the hosts about a missing kitchen tool, and the next morning there was one at our front door. No complaints about the A/c, laundry nor WIFI. Five-minute walk to restaurants, 10-minute drive to grocery stores and more restaurants. Be aware there is a lot of traffic during Saturday and Sunday mornings as the many tourists are leaving/arriving to their rental homes - and the new bridge has only one lane each way. But that has nothing to do with the house. Come here for a comfortable beach get-away.

Great home, Great location

In 2022, we spent the holidays in the Outerbanks. But, Surf City has so much more to offer. Grocery and retail is really close (2 miles). Surf City gives a different feel. This home was clean and well maintained. When you walk in it’s like a breath of fresh air. Every bedroom has a balcony/deck and bathroom. The main bedroom had the ocean view from the balcony/deck. The kitchen has everything you need including spices and children’s plastic plates and cups. The beach is within walking distance so you don’t have to worry about parking fees. This is a great place to stay!

Great beach getaway for me & my kids

The space was very comfortable and had everything we needed! I appreciated how easy to communicate it was with the hosts. We walked to the beach, to the donut shop, and enjoyed local offerings of surf city (espy the local marine ecological adventures and hot dog stand). The main bedroom has a very comfortable bed with a deck that you can see sunrise. Would definitely stay there again!

Great Stay in Surf City

We had a great July 4th weekend trip. The home was great and walking distance to the town which was great with all the holiday traffic. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The communication with Jon was awesome and the guide they provided had some great information.

Lovely Beach House

Had a fantastic stay

The property worked perfect for us. Not a far walk to the beach. Great location close to town. Highly recommend unless you want to be right on the beach. Tips: move your shoes inside if rain is coming. Only a small nit pick for owner: the downstairs queen bedroom fan is loud. Fantastic place to stay.

Family vacay

The property itself is great and has everything we needed for a family of four! It was so nice flying in from out of state to not need to pack a high chair or pack and play so worked wonderfully and had some fun beach toys to entertain our little ones. It was our first time to the area, the only note I will make is that the location is great and within walking distance or short car ride to attractions in the area, but it does face out on a main road and can get pretty busy with traffic all throughout the day if you are walking with little ones like us you can quickly cut over to a side street but that short 300 feet on the main road without sidewalks carrying beach gear and younger kiddos can be a bit stressful so just come prepared with a way to manage as the houses surrounding are fenced so not a way to cut back to beach from behind house, outside of that it was perfect!

Perfect get-away

My parents came in town on a whim and we were able to find this gem for them to stay and us to visit with them on the island. Great location, comfy beds and beautifully decorated townhome!

Surf City

Very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to beach, ice cream and incredible doughnuts. One suggestion is to have beach chairs available. By providing linens, you attract clientele that is traveling by air and unable to bring beach chairs. Nice place and we had a great time.

This property is beautiful inside, and was a complete down to the studs rehab. It features a gorgeous master suite with king bed, dual vanity, tiled shower, separate toilet room and large closet. The kids bunk bedroom is on the same floor, with separate bathroom including tub. Downstairs you will find all new appliances in the kitchen, a washer & dryer closet, and a Queen bedroom with another bath. Every bedroom has a smart Roku TV, so you can log in and watch all of your own streaming apps. The kitchen has everything you need to stay in, relax and cook, or you can enjoy the many wonderful restaurants nearby.
