"The house under the pines"

This charming, fully renovated 45m2 house is located in a private residence in the La Grière district of the town of La Tranche-sur-mer. It consists of a living room with a kitchen (including a refrigerator, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, induction hob, etc.) opening onto a shower room with toilet and a ground-floor bedroom with a capacity of 3 beds: a double bed (140cm) and a single bed on a mezzanine. There is also a room upstairs with a double bed (160cm). The house is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Outside, there is a 25m² garden with a shed where you will find everything you need to enjoy your stay (2 adult bikes and 2 children's bikes, 24 and 20 inches; electric griddle, deck chairs, etc.). You will have a choice of shops nearby. Sainte Anne beach is an 850m walk away, and the city center is 3km away, accessible, if you wish, via the city's many cycle paths.
