2-minute walk to the beach

Apartment located on the 2nd floor of a small building, a 2-minute walk from the beach, in the heart of the shops and resort. A living room comprising a lounge (sofa bed for 2 people), a dining table for 4, and a kitchen. South-facing lounge and balcony. A room with a double bed, partial sea view. Guests will be personally welcomed for the inventory check and key handover between 3 PM and 7 PM (time to be agreed upon with the concierge). Upon departure, the inventory check and key handover will take place with the concierge between 9 AM and 10 AM (time to be agreed upon). It is strictly forbidden to leave the accommodation without having completed the inventory check and key handover in person. Cleaning fees (€30 for one night, €50 for longer stays) are payable upon arrival. The price includes duvets and pillows. Bed linen/bath linen is not included (available for an additional fee upon request when booking). It is strictly forbidden to sleep in the beds without fitted sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases. Anyone caught sleeping without their bed linen will be charged 100 euros for the complete cleaning of the mattress protectors/duvets/pillowcases. Non-smoking apartment (smoking is permitted on the balcony with the window closed). It is forbidden to throw cigarette butts over the balcony. Instructions upon your departure: Dishes clean and put away; Sink emptied; Accommodation cleared; Dining tables cleaned; Trash emptied; Waste disposed of in appropriate bins; Refrigerator emptied. We also ask that you report any problems in the accommodation within one hour of your arrival and inform us of any damage during the departure inventory. Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. The accommodations are designed for 3 travelers (or 4 if children)
