Custom built home on 1 acre lot minutes from Sunriver Resort and a short drive to Mt Bachelor, Cascade Lakes, Rivers and the city of Bend, the Old Mill District. This Three Rivers home features the open living room with a beautiful gas fireplace, dining area for 6 and a kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. This home has 3 bedrooms: bedroom one has king size bed, bedroom two has a queen size bed and and bedroom tree has a twin over full bunkbeds, 2 baths and an office. There is plenty of privacy and room to enjoy nature out your front door or from the large covered patio with dining table and barbeque.

Comfortable House in Three Rivers

We enjoyed our stay and found the house very comfortable. The house had a nice open plan for common living space and four bedrooms. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable and there are lots of opportunities to enjoy all the outdoor activities in the area right nearby.

Annual trip

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect because it was 10 mins from sunriver and a great neighborhood to walk around. The property was beautiful, nice and clean!

My family and I absolutely love this place! It fits us perfectly. Has everything you need and is very clean. Host is very responsive if you have any questions. We will definitely be staying here when in the area.

We had a wonderful stay. Jim’s home is cozy and has anything you would need to have a relaxing stay. Great communication with a couple of questions I had. We hope to be back!

Much needed R&R

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is perfectly laid out and has a great upscale lodge vibe. My family loved all of the outdoor amenities & AC. It truly felt like home away from home! Great location near shops, restaurants, and 10 min car ride to the village in Sunriver!

Bend New Years

Very nice and comfortable home. Very spacious inside and out! If you plan on cooking, very nice kitchen but bring your own spices, cooking spray, plastics and foil. Would definitely stay again!

Sisters week

We loved the spacious clean house with very nice air conditioning. It was extremely hot while we were there! The neighborhood was quiet and the surrounding forest was peaceful.

Winter Wonderland

First of all the property looks better than the pictures Everything was clean and sanitized with all the supplies necessary for our stay We enjoyed a week of Mt Bachelor snowboarding and great evenings in Bend Our dog enjoyed the full fenced front yard We even got deer one morning in the backyard Overall a great experience Looking forward to see the place during summer time Definitely will return

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Jim’s place in Three Rivers and we loved it just as much if not more than our first stay. Such an amazing home in the perfect location for a relaxing quiet weekend getaway. Lots of great trails and scenic outdoor activities within a half hour of the home. Our two golden retrievers especially enjoyed exploring the fully fenced front yard and playing in the lawn. If your looking for a beautiful home for your vacation in the sun river/bend area I would highly recommend staying at Jim’s place. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Peaceful Lodge

Another awesome week of peace and quiet in a beautiful home that has everything! The home is comfortable, spacious, well appointed, and the kitchen is fully stocked, complete with a crockpot and a full spice rack! The neighborhood is quiet and so full of nature - saw elk the first morning during our walk and we saw deer in the backyard almost every afternoon. It is a lovely home that is a perfect homebase and oasis for our family, including our dog who loves the fenced front yard. The property manager, Jim Kinane is the best. He is always friendly, responsive and takes great care of his rental.

Great Rental

Great rental for husband, I and dog. We stayed 3 weeks so really got to enjoy the area. House has everything you need for cooking and preparing meals. Everything new and clean. King size bed is a nice plus. Neighborhood is quiet and good street for short walks. Always deer to see. Back yard area needs to be mowed down due to high weeds and grass so we didn't utilize that area but sat in front yard with great grass area for the dog and 2 rabbits visited every night.. Visited Bend, Redmond, Sisters, and Crater Lake. Would highly recommend this house rental.

Sanctuary

From booking to check-out, this rental property is fantastic! The owner is incredibly responsive, kind, and has a great sense of humor. The property is amazingly clean and well kept. Our dog had a blast running through the snow in the fenced front yard and my husband and I enjoyed sitting and sipping our coffee by the beautiful back windows watching the deer. The home itself is gorgeous with everything you could possibly need while on vacation. The kitchen is huge with nearly every amenity, including a crock pot! Fantastic location - super quiet with very polite and respectful neighbors and the property was so close to many activities including sightseeing, skiing, hiking, shopping, etc. We definitely want to come back!

Beautiful house

We loved this house but there were a couple hiccups. I think housekeeping forgot to leave some basics, paper towels, toilet paper (only one extra roll for 6 days) soap in the shower. We just bought stuff instead of bugging the property manager, it’s more of an fyi. We loved seeing deer come up in the backyard, but definitely couldn’t hang there with our dogs, we took chairs out front so we could relax . All in all though, a gorgeous house in a beautiful location ☀️

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!!!

The house was great and was even nicer than the listing portrays. I learned it was only built a few years ago which explains why there were no “surprises” that most places have but aren’t stated or in pictures. We looked at many other houses in the area and this is by far the nicest. Seems like new furniture and all the kitchen items anyone could need. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean. The owner Jim was very responsive to questions and pleasant to deal with. Very nice person. Every evening we ate outside and Mule deer would come to see us. We even gave her a name. Was very peaceful. The kids loved it too. We thought it was in the ideal location? Great fishing is only a few minutes away. We hiked some mountains about 15 minutes away that offered breathtaking views at the top of the peak. The sunriver mall area is also very close. Not too far to Crater Lake National park. Bottom line is this is the best deal in the area and is absolutely AWESOME! Can’t wait to come back for skiing season!

Amazing House in Three Rivers!

Jim's place in Three Rivers was amazing. Excellent location being only 10 minutes from Sunriver and 25 minutes from Bend. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful scenery which made for a relaxing getaway. The front yard is fully fenced and has plenty of grass which was perfect for our two dogs. Overall great experience and we would highly recommend staying at Jim's place to anyone visiting the Bend/Sunriver area. We look forward to booking with Jim again in the future.

Vacation saver

We lost our three rivers home a month before our big annual family vacation. Double booked and we lost. We couldn’t find anything in Sunriver or on the river but this home came up. The home was considerably more than what we had budged but we had to go. Annual yearly family vacation for 50 years. Now four generations. What a pleasant surprise when we arrived. Pictures do not do the house justice. Beautiful home definitely pride of ownership. Fully fenced front yard for our fur friends. Best house we have ever rented. Huge great room, beautiful kitchen and extras. Over our budget but definitely worth it. Thanks for saving a family tradition.

House was beautiful. Property was nice. Need to spray for ants as they were all over the back porch.

Overall property lived up to its description. Saw Deer and even a porcupine at night in the back yard. Only thing needed was to have someone spray the back porch area for ants, they were all over the porch and were crawling up our legs.

Serenity, wildlife and water, oh my!

This is a beautiful home in a nice rural neighborhood. Very large front and back yards; front is fenced with a nice lawn and great for the dog. Deer in the backyard every day. Tons of birds! Three rivers close by kept our swimming dog so happy, and beautiful trails! You are going to love this home.
