Cosy and comfortable 4-star chalet in a peaceful natural setting

The resort is ideal for family holidays. Our family chalet is located at an altitude of 1200 metres, with a south-facing balcony, it can accommodate 6 people! with a surface area of 135 m2.
Located in Prémanon, ski-in/ski-out access from the chalet to the Jouvencelles alpine ski area (The "Beauregard" slope passes behind the chalet at 80 metres).
During the summer period, no need to take the car for hikes, you can go directly behind the chalet.
The accommodation
Cosy chalet with a mountain atmosphere, perfect for family moments around a raclette or a hot chocolate. You can let your children play serenely around the chalet, the terrain is suitable for sledding.
The whole chalet (135 m2) is at your disposal, except for a room of 12 m2 and the garage.
In summer you can park your car under the carport or in the courtyard.
In winter during snowy periods, the chalet is rarely accessible by vehicles: you have at your disposal 1 parking space at the top of the chalet (about 30 meters with a 30% slope) or at the bottom of the chalet (about 110 meters below access by a cleared pedestrian path with a slope of 30%).

The chalet consists of:
-On the first floor, 3 independent bedrooms with new bedding, memory foam mattresses (3 beds of 160X200-SHEETS ARE NOT PROVIDED),
-Upstairs, a large living room of 40 m2, with 2 sofas, flat screen TV (Orange TV), wifi. Aperitif area with coffee table poufs, sled, seat..., a dining area with a large table, 2 large bay windows with a superb view of the Haut Jura regional park, a large balcony 30 m2.

- a recent bathroom with a large shower, double sink, a towel radiator, underfloor heating,

- a fully equipped kitchen, Mièle dishwasher, oven, LG American fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, Téfal toaster, ceramic hob, multifunction food processor, Blender, electric kettle, microwave, raclette oven, fondue machine, waffle iron, ...
- a laundry room with washing machine (15kg LG), tumble dryer (Miele), steam generator, ironing board...
- We have just changed all the windows, doors... new electric heating latest generation. (The use of the wood stove is strictly prohibited)

Outside, a wooden table and benches.
- For children, many board games, Wii U, sledges, table tennis table.
Travel cot, bathtub and high chair available on request for your baby. Parking of your vehicle possible under the chalet in summer, in winter parking available 110 meters below the chalet and access to the chalet by a pedestrian path.

EDF charges in addition over 7KW/day and per person.

Cleaning option (200 €) possible on request.
Option beds made on arrival, shower towels, dish towels, shower mat possible on request (40 € per person).
