Pigeon Lake public boat landing is 1/4 mile away as is Autumn Ridge 18 hole golf course. Fish in the morning, golf in the afternoon, and come home to a beautiful cabin in the woods for a delicious meal.

Excellent communication with hosts. Their home is clean, warm and welcoming. Nicely stocked kitchen and baths, beds were comfortable and offered lots of storage. Overall a very enjoyable experience. Would stay again and recommend to those looking for a cozy retreat for family and/or friends.

This mini vacation has been amazing. Had a really great time at the cozy cabin. Really clean and warm atmosphere. Host was quick to respond to questions I had during stay. Love the fireplace, upper deck and open kitchen.

We had a great time at the Cozy Cabin in the Woods, which really lives up to its name! We made great use of the fire pit and we were plenty close to Manitowoc and more for anything we needed.

Three senior couples all with our own private living space. The cozy cabin was all we had been promised. Joe was an excellent host and we were impressed with the cleanliness and layout of this cabin. Very serene very private yet accommodating to all of our needs on our 18th annual couples trip! we Eat out once a day and congregate at night for cards and games. We will definitely be back.

Perfect stay

This cabin was everything we needed for our trip. The house has multiple sitting areas which was perfect for our group of five. The ping-pong table upstairs was absolutely a hit with everyone. We didn’t get to use the outdoor deck area as much as we would like to because of all the mosquitoes, but that’s nothing that the owner can really manage. we would be happy to come back again and recommend this place to everyone.

NFL Draft Vacation

We decided to stay in the Cozy Cabin in The Woods for our trip to the NFL Draft in Green Bay and it was perfect for us. The cabin is awesome and had plenty of room for all 6 of us.

Great cabin!

The cabin in the woods was great! Lots of extras! They have a bunch of board games, and video games, a fire place inside and a fire pit outside, plenty of outdoor seating and a table to play games on inside and outside. Kitchen had everything you could think of. Beds were pretty comfortable

Wonderful Family Christmas

The Cozy Cabin was perfect for our family get together for the Christmas Holidays. The listing for the cabin was everything that was presented, but the place actually exceeded our expectations. Our correspondence with Joe and Alice was excellent. They even took the time to beautifully decorate the entire cabin for Christmas! We had a wonderful time at the Cozy Cabin. We hope to get back for another visit.

Roomy, cozy, and clean

First, Joe and Alice are wonderful hosts. All the instructions were very clear, and they were very responsive to all my questions. The cabin is indeed cozy as described - a very homey feel. I was concerned that it would be a little cramped with 9 people, but there was plenty of room. The loft with the ping pong table was a big hit, and the selection of games was amazing. I wish we would have had the whole week as originally planned so we could have played more. The master suite in the loft was beautiful. (Side note - the bed was quite firm. I was comfortable, but my husband not so much). Lots of sleeping space, and plenty of "hanging out" space as well. Great place! Thanks, Joe and Alice!

Long weekend perfection

Lovely rustic home set back in the woods. Cozy and comfortable with plenty space. All the amenities you need. Lake across the street for fun and fishing. Enjoyed the indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit. The hosts were helpful and responsive. Already looking for a reason for another trip so we can stay again

A fantastic property for a gathering of family or friends. Private, beautiful location, very clean and nice, with all the amenities. And the hosts are wonderful and very responsive. Highly recommend!

All that and a bag of chips!

We were so happy to find this beautiful cabin only a couple of blocks from my dad's home. It was so convenient for us to get together, and comfortable to go back and relax. We had 2 grandchildren with us (1.5 yrs., and 4.5 yrs.) and 4 of our children with us, and we had plenty of room. It was quiet and a very solid place. At night we could play games and not disturb anyone sleeping. Easy access to Manitowoc and Green Bay (where we spent a lot of time). I just love the cabin feel, and it was decorated so well. Well-stocked, and having the washing machine and dryer was definitely a bonus. We would stay here in a heartbeat any time!

Delightful Retreat

Loved this Cozy Cabin

The pictures of this cabin are exact but once here it’s even better. Lots of space, very clean, outdoor space is awesome including a new fire pit, super close to Autumn Ridge Golf Course, (very well maintained and reasonable rates), also Pigeon Lake just as close, great area to bike ride, close to Manitowoc and Sheboygan cities for dinners out as well as Whistling Straits Golf Course and Lake Michigan. You can be super happy here just to chill out with the mentioned activities close by, (forgot to mention the ping pong table & loads of board games), and easy day tripping from here to Door Country and beyond. Communication with the owners is excellent and they can not be more accommodating and helpful. Really great people! We were so happy here and highly recommend this lovely cabin….we will be back for sure ❤️

Highly Recommend This Property!

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful home. Our only regret is that we didn't book a longer stay! The home has everything you need for a perfect stay. Lots of space and bathrooms, beautifully appointed and clean. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen and the bathrooms and so cozy that you won't want to leave. We were in the area for my dad's funeral so we had our two adult kids and their spouses with us. Having out on the wrap-around porch was one of our favorite things to do. The bird/frog sounds were beautiful. Thank you for helping to make our stay during a difficult time more pleasant.

A beautiful cabin that will allow you to fish in the morning and golf in the afternoon. It's also convenient to the world championship golf courses of Whistling Straights and Blackwolf Run. And Road America is close by too.

The cabin sits on 2.6 acres about 200 yards off the road. There are 2 small ponds on the property. You will feel like you are on a very private and secluded property with modern conveniences nearby.
