Historical 25th Street original building from the 1880’s. Open concept 1500 square foot Executive Apartment. Amazing views of the mountains and overlooking 25th Street. High ceilings, big bright windows and original brick walls. Gourmet kitchen with 6ft island with cooktop and double oven.
The apartment is located on the third floor of the building with no elevator. The remaining 4000 square feet of the building is rented as commercial space.

Perfect location!

This property is beautiful, just as pictured in the listing. The beds are comfortable, the apartment is clean. The location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

Accurate listing. Cozy and comfy.

A really nice stay. Pics and listing are accurate.Well-appointed kitchen, with Keurig, nice pots and pans and bowls and plates and tools and all that. Good fast internet. A few board games if you want to stay in for a bit or have friends over. The grand room is nice and airy with ambient light, with very comfortable large couches. The two rooms are quite large and each have a tele. The AC is common to the flat, not per-room, but it's very quiet. Water pressure for the shower is great - you won't notice that you're on a top floor. Washing and drying machines are standard size, no problems tidying up after beach day or concert night with changes of clothes for several people. Tile floors, so visitors don't need to take off shoes if they're staying just a bit.The location has a bit of street noise at night, which is nice if you come from a city (sometimes that country silence at night is deafening). There are walkable restaurant options for dinner. The flat is directly across the street from the train station, so you could get here from the airport with no rentacar if you have the time. It's easy in, easy out. The steps up from the ground to the flat aren't bad but (as listed) there are steps. The communication with the host is grand. We didn't need anything at all, but I'm confident that if we did need something, it would have been sorted out quickly. We'd be very happy staying here again.

Nice 10 Day Sta

This apartment had all the amenities and comfort for a 10 day stay. The place is unique with its industrial feel full of bright natural light. We did a bit of cooking and had everything we could possibly need. I recommend Brant’s place.

Ogden - Snowbasin Skiing

Brandt was great to deal with. Very helpful with suggestions and directions. The property is spacious with comfortable beds. The apartment is up quite a few stairs. Once accessed, spacious inside. Well stocked kitchen. The apartment sits on a main street in Ogden, making it a bit noisy at night. Would recommend new sound proof windows.. but thats a big investment for the location. Restaurant recommendations were great..All in all well worth the drive daily to Snowbasin to ski.

What a cute apartment! Had a great stay on historic 25th. So close to shopping and restaurants, and a short drive to Snowbasin. Apartment was clean and bed was comfy!

Great location and comfy beds!

My brother and I stayed here for a ski trip at Snowbasin. The unit is well-appointed and clean. Really no complaints. Brant is super responsive. We encountered a minor issue upon checking in that was addressed and resolved with 30 minutes. There’s a coffee shop around the corner, Grounds for Coffee, that we went to every morning (the breakfast croissants are amazing). I slept well, but you do need to have a white noise app on your phone; the unit backs up to a main road with plenty of overnight traffic. I would stay here again!

Wonderful property and host

We stayed here for 3 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it - vibrant area, right on 25th st; great host....very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Elegant and comfortable apartment at great location

My husband and I spent a wonderful week in mid December at this spacious and impeccably kept apartment in central Ogden. The building is at the corner of historical 25th Street and Wall Avenue, steps from great restaurants and fun stores. It is also very convenient for skiing at Snowbasin and Powder Mountain. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to enjoy classy historical Ogden and its surroundings!

Awesome location!

First of all, Brant is great! He went the extra mile to make our dates for the rental work perfectly for us! The location was better than expected! It was extremely easy to navigate to any part of town and within walking distance from everything from food to a baseball game! Saturday market was awesome! We had such a great time we would definitely come back!

Trip to visit son stationed at Hill AFB

Wonderful, fun accomodations. Was as described. Conveniently located on historic 25th street, everything one would need to entertain themselves is right outside the door. The mountain views are incredible and our host was a pleasure to communicate with and even allowed us to checkin early. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for an interesting, upscale place to stay in Ogden.

Great for a ski trip

Four of us stayed here during our long awaited ski trip. There was plenty of space (could’ve had 6-8 easily), nice amenities (coffee, basic cooking ingredients, TV’s with streaming services), and a nice view of downtown Ogden. It was only a 35 minute drive from both Powder Mountain and Snowbasin. Not to mention within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. The walls were a little thin so the road noise would come through when there was traffic but nothing that disturbed our sleep. Would definitely come back here!

Fantastic!!!!! We arrived late at night and directions were perfect. The welcome bottle of wine was SO appreciated. King beds and two futons (used one for tall teenage boy and he said SUPER comfortable). Perfect location and safe. Really enjoyed our stay and communication with host super easy. Had everything we needed, including coffee ready to go. Loved it!

Ski vacation based in Ogden

Excellent home base for skiing at both Snowbasin and Powder Mountain. 25th street is charming with plenty of dining options, etc. The Ski Bus pickup is only a block and a half away too. Fabulous apartment with all the amenities and the Steam shower is awesome after a long day of skiing. We would definitely stay there again!

AMAZING VIEWS

I can’t say enough of good things about this property, in town, great restaurants, close to hiking trails, abundance of local shops and just the cutest!! My family came in town for THANKSGIVING for my daughter at the U. I cooked an entire THANKSGIVING meal in this VRBO, the kitchen was stocked. The owners have thought of everything!! Thank you for making our THANKSGIVING care free.
