Well carol, I’m sorry our house was not satisfactory. It’s a budget house at $220 tops per night for an amazing location in a prestigious neighborhood. I would love to replace mattresses every night and repaint every 6 months but then the cost would be $400/night. Wagons are provided annually and guests abuse them as summer progresses. TVs are set correctly when the season starts but then people log in and do weird things. $220 for a weekend rate with an ocean view on a quiet cul de sac is a steal in this neighborhood. And the house has sweet details and is cozy with every kitchen amenity you could possibly need. Once again-a guest wants a ritz Carlton experience on a holiday inn budget. If you want more with the same amazing location I suggest you double or triple your budget.

I’m sorry you found our amazing vintage beach house not up to your standards. It’s a labor of love and we love it dearly. We do not have our listing incorrect. We clearly state that there is a full bath, half bath and outdoor shower. This is stated in multiple places. We have no interest in Miss representing our house. It is rented day after day with many return renters. It seems you did not read the details in the listing very well. Yes at some point in the past there was water damage. And the vintage paneled walls warped in a few spots. It’s a 1970s house that has survived endless hurricanes. The warped walls are painted and it’s not an issue. After all it is a beach house. In regards to towel racks and tvs this is news to us. It’s a small house and when renters abuse it things like this happen and we are unaware. If this gets brought to my attention I’m always happy to get things fixed up. But I’m only made aware if someone is kind enough to tell me. Our choice is a 900-1000sq foot home built in the 1970s. We don’t try to pretend it’s more than it is. Hence why it’s also listed at a price less than $300. It sounds like you were expecting a million dollar stay on a $10 dollar bill and I find your review offensive. You should pay more attention to the details of the listing and the pictures provided. It is what it is. A cute adorable BUNGALOW built 50 years ago. Nothing more and nothing less. Our house has been listed on Airbnb for over 2 years and I have never had a 3 star review. This is the first.

I’m so sorry you only felt we were a 4⭐️ stay. You raved about how much you loved our house and how the location was great. A 4⭐️ means we failed somewhere and without any feedback I have no clue. You stayed for two weeks and said it was great. I’m sorry yoh only felt it was a 4⭐️ experience.
