Is the gym fully equipped?

Yes. Guests have access to a Lagree Pilates machine, free weights, yoga equipment, and Apple TV.



How far is the beach?

Compo Beach is approximately a 7-minute drive. During beach season, public parking requires either a daily fee or a resident beach sticker. We typically recommend grabbing lunch nearby and using rideshare.



Guest Access:

A smartlock on the front door will be delivered on check in and valid until checkout. Parking will be available in the carport. No Garage Access.



The Neighborhood:

Our home is on an absolutely gorgeous and quintessential New England street bordered on all sides by large, 2M+ homes. It is centrally located so it is very close to downtown, multiple restaurants and beaches!



Getting Around:

You'll need a car to get around and there is parking for 2 of them in our driveway without anyone being blocked in. Biking around town is also great as most all the surrounding roads are flat and smooth.



Other Things to Note:

The lower-level studio apartment has its own completely separate entrance and may be rented independently. There are no shared indoor spaces, and the backyard, pool, spa, and all outdoor entertaining areas are reserved exclusively for guests of the main house.



This is a primary home when it is not rented, and while it is highly organized and most personal items tucked away, please expect some owner areas to be locked and the presence of more household things than a traditional empty rental. This can be advantageous and useful to some, for example in terms of the kitchen and pantry items - however it should be noted for those that expect completely empty drawers and cabinets.



A friendly 9-pound hypoallergenic Maltipoo lives on the property when we’re home. Guests with severe pet allergies should be aware that, although the home is professionally cleaned, the dog does spend time in the residence between stays.



Interaction with Guests:

I am not on the premises but available via phone, Airbnb messaging or please text me for anything urgent. If needed, I have multiple local people to call on for help to address any issues that are interfering with the enjoyment of your stay.
