We have been hosting short term rentals since 2015 so rest assured we have extensive knowledge of guests requirements and what a comfortable stay really means to our guests.
Our properties are self check in on arrival to let you arrive and unwind at your leisure.
Our properties also have CCTV and noise, temperature, humidity and crowd detectors installed.
We serve clients from weekly, monthly & quarterly stays.

To be upfront and transparent about our attitude to excessive and sustained noise.
If any noise or disturbances are reported by our neighbours, (who have our phone number), there will only be ONE warning phone call from us, and next the police will be called – serious offenders will have their bookings cancelled on the spot and without refund.
Likewise, if you are disturbed by noise from the neighbours please let us know. If it is very late at night and/or we are not immediately contactable, it is perfectly acceptable to call the police.
It is not something we expect to happen, but we do take the peaceful enjoyment and sleep of our guests and neighbours very seriously. Please respect our house rules and each other.
