This unique region, entirely shaped by granite, is home to iconic natural sites such as Peyro Clabado, Roc de l'Oie, and Lac du Merle, where rocks seem to emerge from the water or the forest. Just a stone's throw from the cottage, marked trails lead you through a landscape as surprising as it is exotic. The village itself pays homage to this ubiquitous stone with, among other things, a monumental statue dedicated to granite cutters, the work of local artist Jacques Bourges. Albi, Castres, and the villages of the Pays de Cocagne are easily accessible for a variety of activities. This detached house welcomes you in this verdant, mineral setting, ideal for a stay with family or friends. You'll enjoy a private garden, a carport, a beautiful furnished terrace, and, most importantly, a private swimming pool (9x4m, depth from 0.90m to 2m), fully secured by a fence, so you can cool off in peace and quiet. The house offers a comfortable layout with: - a living room with a lounge, fireplace (wood provided for the first fire) and television - a well-equipped separate kitchen - a bright veranda - three bedrooms - a bathroom and a separate toilet On the lower floor, a second kitchen, a shower, and a toilet are available, convenient for meals and returning from swimming in summer. This cooler room is perfect during hot weather. The cottage has oil-fired central heating and baby equipment upon request. Linen rental and end-of-stay cleaning service are optional. The swimming pool is open from June to September (dates may vary depending on the weather).
