The apartment was centrally located to UM, downtown and even Big Dipper for a sweet treat! Everything was within walking distance or a short drive.

Everything was clean and comfortable when we arrived. Check in was as easy as opening the door and walking in. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, but the table is a little small. A bench or a bedside table for the twin bed would also be nice to have.

Excellent location and professional management company.Please note that the building is an older property that has been renovated into 3 units. The stairs up to Unit 2 are a bit narrow and step, and the bath tub is an old-fashioned clawfoot tub. While charming, it might not be the best choice for someone with mobility concerns.

Perfect location

House was just as advertised- comfortable and the perfect location for activities around the University. Great size for my extended family to enjoy UM Homecoming.

Wonderful experience! The location allowed us to walk downtown rather than drive. Only downside is having 1 small bathroom for 5 adults.

Very clean and homey, lots of space!

Great location, close to University and Hip Strip. Plenty of room, clean and really feels more like a home. Instructions were very clear and owners were great with communications. Highly recommended for your stay in Missoula.

Great location

Highly recommended! As a family visiting annual Firecracker swimming competition, we have found this place *a huge improvement* over previous stays in Holiday Inn Downtown or Hilton by the river. The beds are very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great in June 90 F afternoon heat. A hint: the keypad to enter your code is located *behind* main entrance door from the street.

Grizz Game

We chose this house for it's proximity to the Grizz football stadium and downtown. It didn't disappoint. It was right in the middle of our two destinations. Easy walk to both the stadium and downtown. We will definitely be looking for it again when we come back for more games. Thanks! Chris

Loved the space. Everything was great except the air conditioning did not work well. The one in the primary was loud. The one in the living space was not enough and there should have been another unit in the third bedroom. Luckily the temperature outside cooled off while we were there. The space was perfect in every other way and we would stay again. Hopefully the cooling system is worked out.

Missoula Wedding

We had a great stay at this property! It was super clean, had nicely stocked kitchen, great location, easy access for the 5 of us coming and going and the property manager and his team were excellent at answering emails to help us out. Only two suggestions from our Colorad/Chicago group … baby gates would have been super helpful in one of the closets to block off the steep staircases. Second, it was a hot weekend in Missoula and the upstairs air conditioner did not keep the room cool in addition to the fact that it made a clicking sound that was difficult to ignore. Other than those suggestions, we had a great stay and would rent your place again if we return to Montana!

great location. there was no hot water. On third day when they said they fixed hot water it was still luke warm. Knifes in knife holder were dirty. We just used our own. Linens were clean and beds comfortable. There were three in window AC units installed and 30 degrees at night. The place was so cold and heat unit inadequate. We asked them to remove AC units so 2nd and 3rd days indoor temps were good. Overall would not rent again from Plum. Too expensive for what we got.
