Welcome to our four bedroom, three bath Key West style home. This house is waterfront on a saltwater canal with a heated pool. It is located close to Boca Grande, Gasparilla Island, Charlotte Beach Park, Don Pedro Island and Fishermen's Village. Enjoy a peaceful vacation with plenty of sunshine, activities, grilling poolside, restaurants and places to see.

All trash gets put in a garbage bags and tied off before entering the bins in the garage. Trash and recycle bins get taken to the curb Sunday nights.
Rinse off all sand before entering home or pool. There is a hose on the side of the house by side garage door.

Everything was wonderful about the house! Very clean, well stocked, responsive host when we had questions. Our only critique was that we wish the pool was a little warmer during our stay. It was warm enough for the kids, but too cool for the adults to enjoy.

We had a great stay here! The house is nicely appointed. We needed nothing while we were there. The pool was great. There was plenty of room for the six of us and Zach could not have been more accommodating!

Lovely spacious and comfortable villa , plenty of room for the 6 of us. Zachary was responsive and helpful with any queries. The pool was a big hit with all of us especially the boys. Everything we needed was available from kitchen accessories to towels.Would definitely recommend this villa

Beautiful home and very relaxing. Clean and beautifully decorated. The heated pool was awesome. The kitchen had everything a person would need. Beds were comfortable. Many nice beaches close by. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Winter Getaway

Christmas vacation

My family and I stayed at this amazing house while visiting family who live in the area for Christmas. My dad traveled with us so having 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms was perfect. The house was amazing. We enjoyed the pool on the warmer days and my son enjoyed fishing in the canal. Would definitely stay here again

Fabulous Family Time

This property is exactly like the pictures showed, very tastefully decorated. The layout and number of beds was idea for us.(7 adults) Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and more We found all the attractions/shopping/dinning we wanted within a 15 minute drive The few small questions we had were answered quickly. Would definitely stay again!!!

Perfect summer vacation!

Beautiful and comfortable property, very clean and safe place to stay. Even better than the pictures! The neighborhood was so quiet, the pool was perfect in every way, everything was enjoyable! Close to supermarkets and about 15 minutes from our favorite beach, Gasparilla Island. Zachary was always available to help us when we needed it. As a family of 4, we enjoyed our stay of 5 amazing weeks and plan to come back!

Love South Gulf Cove

We have stayed in this area many times It convenient to many thing Stayed 3 weeks for Christmas Have family in the area but didn't see them as much as we would have liked between them working and school But it was a Wonderful get away Would stay again It does need a nice crock pot if you are cooking a lot And wish it had a hand rail into the pool Hope to return soon

Amazing home and the host was perfect.

Beautiful house, we were slightly nervous at first because sometimes the pictures look way better than the real version but once we opened the door the place was amazing. Super clean, modern design, pool was awesome, the lenai was a great place to entertain the family. The host was prompt and respectful and when I had questions I was able to reach the host quickly. I highly recommend staying at this place if you're on the fence. It is slightly far from Tampa (about 1hr and 30) but there's many nice beaches within 20-30 mins drive too.

Beautiful Luxury Vacation Home

Beautiful home that is as it appears online. Pristine and in like new condition. Very well designed, constructed, appointed and decorated. It is well stocked and had everything we wanted. Very comfortable to live in. Lots of small extra touches. Good TVs in living room and bedrooms. This is an up and coming area - so there is a lot of construction in the area/region - this was not a bother, but it can seem somewhat remote although there is a Publix and shopping center nearby. Beaches (Boca Grande) were very nice, although about a 20 minute drive away and parking is limited. We also very much enjoyed a kayak tour with SUP. Overall, we can highly recommend this home and enjoyed it very much.

Fabulous

We had family visiting from Europe and decided to spend 10 days in Florida since in IL weather was still pretty chilly...We had the best overall experience so far in Florida. The whole process from the moment we booked this house to check in and check out was flawless. The house manager was very helpful and cooperative the entire stay. Can't thank him enough for all his support. Also, many thanks to the owners who went above and beyond to make sure that our stay is pleasant. We all love it here and did not want to return home. That tells a lot about our experience. We would definitely recommend the property and stay again in the future. Very quiet, even though there is construction going on in the area. We traveled with family and a child and wanted a quiet private place where we can get away from the city bussy life. This property nailed it. Thank You and God bless all of you!

Amazing Stay

We were so pleased with every bit of our stay. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and the pool/canal view was gorgeous. There was nothing unthought of - we had literally everything we needed. Every small detail was appreciated. Only recommendation I’d provide would be a 12 cup coffee maker in addition to the keurig. 10/10 recommended, would stay again and again!
