Sommerferievilla i Port Charlotte Florida med opvarmet pool

We don't understand this review at all. We have everything you could possibly need; every tenant so far has said they've rarely seen such a well-equipped house. We have a coffee machine for K-cups and filters, a microwave, a stove, a kettle, a blender, a toaster, and all the necessary dishes, pots, pans, etc. Everything is there. What was missing? You could have just asked if anything is missing but if we don’t know we can’t act. No previous tenant miss anything in our kitchen and we also live several times a year ourself in the house and don’t need more stuff. But we could have obtained the missing part if we had known about it. The trash can isn't very big for a good reason: to encourage daily emptying. We live in Florida and have cockroaches and ants. To avoid attracting them, we decided to keep the trash can smaller. With only two people living in the house most of the time, we've never had any complaints.

We are glad that you enjoyed it with us right now. You will surely have noticed the first effects because of Covid 19. We would be happy to welcome you again as guests

Hi Bruce, what was the Problem with the Pool? You could have contacted us or our property management at any time if there were any problems. We never had problems with our Pool man before and if there was any issue he would clean it up immediately but if we don´t know any issue we can´t do anything. He make the maintenance every week. Also what A/C issue was, never had any problems before without fans in the bedrooms and A/C is working in all bedrooms too. If there was an issue of working you must let us know, so we could have send a technican to have a look. We had beach chairs but these were unfortunately damaged by other tenants. Nice would have been in case of problems or wish a contact with us or property management, so that we could have solved the problems. Ignorant you can not change anything, previous tenants had no problems

Thank you for the review, we are sorry for missing privacy at the pool but the fence was blown away from IAN. We are working on a solution to get more privacy in the future

we are glad that you enjoyed your stay and we apologize for the lack of beach equipment. We had chairs and beach towels, but unfortunately we made a mistake and wanted to offer accommodation to a couple of workers after IAN, unfortunately they stole more than 10 towels or destroyed them, including the beach towels and various chairs. Since we weren't there again after that, you had to suffer from it. Things will be replaced, we are sorry that you miss this stuff

Thank you for the great review, we are happy when our tenants feel comfortable. You are always welcome

Thanks for the great review. We make a lot of effort to satisfy the guests, unfortunately you can not think of everything. We provide each guest with a bar of soap for the start, more hand soap we think we can get everyone according to his scent. We would be happy to have you as our guest again.

Hi Susan, we are happy that you enjoy the time in Port Charlotte and in our house. Thanks for the pizza pan, we want to buy one at our next stay. Now we will buy a casserole dish for oven and also a mirror. Maybe you will be our guest again
