The apartment features two master bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed, and a third smaller bedroom with a single bed. It also features a comfortable living room, a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, and two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and toilet, and the other with a shower and toilet). The living room and both master bedrooms open onto a magnificent terrace, the ideal spot for memorable summer evenings with friends or family.



All areas of this apartment are reserved for guests, and we ask that you take care of the premises during your stay. We prepare each accommodation with the greatest care so that you can fully enjoy your vacation. We therefore ask you to strictly adhere to the following rules:

The accommodation must be returned in a suitable condition and clean. Guests must respect the premises, the neighbors, and basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene during their stay.

All or part of the security deposit may be withheld in the event of non-compliance with these basic rules.



Smoking is not permitted inside. Parties are not allowed. The rental is for the exclusive use of tenants.
