Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We’re sorry to hear your stay did not meet expectations and that you felt uncomfortable during your visit. We understand how important safety and peace of mind are, especially when traveling, and we’re truly sorry that the surrounding environment made you feel uneasy. While we can’t control activity in the neighborhood, we do take your concerns seriously and will review how we present location details so guests have clearer expectations before booking. We also regret the issues you experienced inside the home. The concern about the upstairs being cold is something we’ll look into right away to ensure the heating is working properly and that insulation/comfort levels are consistent throughout the property. Your note about the TV setup is also helpful—we’ll review what’s currently offered and see where improvements can be made. We appreciate you sharing this honestly. Feedback like yours is important for us to improve both the home and the guest experience.

Thanks for staying with us and for the 8/10 review! Really glad the house worked well for your girls’ weekend and that the space felt comfortable for a larger group—that’s exactly what we hope for. We also appreciate you mentioning the issue you noticed with the bedding. That’s not the standard we aim for, and we’ll be reviewing this closely with our cleaning team to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Thanks again for the feedback, and we’d be happy to host you again in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a detailed review and for sharing both the positives and the concerns from your stay. We’re glad to hear you found the home attractive and true to the photos, and that communication was responsive throughout your visit. That’s something we always try to get right. We’re also sorry to hear that several parts of your stay didn’t meet expectations. Your feedback about the kitchen supplies and lack of basic cooking tools is especially important—we understand how limiting that would be for guests planning to cook or even reheat food, and we’ll be reviewing and restocking those items to make sure the kitchen is properly equipped. The note about blankets is also appreciated and will be addressed. We hear your concerns regarding the garage space and sleeping setup, and we’ll make sure those details are represented more clearly moving forward so expectations are set accurately. We also understand your comments about the surrounding area. While we can’t change the neighborhood itself, we take guest comfort and transparency seriously and will consider how this is communicated more clearly in the listing. Thank you again for the honest feedback—it helps us improve, and we do take it seriously.
