We want every guest to have an exceptional stay! To help us maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment, please read and follow these house rules carefully before booking:

Smoking & Vaping
Absolutely no smoking or vaping indoors.
You may smoke on the porch and designated outdoor areas — please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Pets
No pets are allowed on the property. Thank you for understanding.

Occupancy & Visitors
Maximum occupancy: 6 registered guests
Strict: No unregistered visitors allowed at any time
No parties, gatherings, or events
Please be considerate of neighbors- No loud music, shouting or disruptive noise
Violations result in immediate removal without refund

Bunk Bed Safety
The top bunk bed has a 150 lb. weight limit — for safety, please adhere to this restriction.

Restricted Access & Safety Rules
The outdoor shed is private and not accessible to guests.
Do not climb or play on the cable railing of the house deck.
The chimney/fireplace is not available for guest use.

Parking & Gate Access
Use the automatic gate keypad (code provided) to enter and exit.
Parking is limited to the concrete driveway only — do not park on the grass (septic system underneath).
A maximum of three (3) vehicles are allowed.
No large work trucks, trailers, RVs, or commercial vehicles are permitted.
Violating this rule may result in immediate removal from the property without a refund.

Kayak Use & Waiver
Kayaks must be securely put away after use.
Every guest must sign a waiver (even if they don’t use a kayak). Once signed, the access code will be provided.

Children & Water Safety
Children must be supervised at all times on the dock.
Jumping off the dock or railing is strictly prohibited.

Plumbing & Septic Care
Flush toilet paper only.
Do not flush wipes, sanitary products, paper towels, or diapers — plumbing damage may result in charges.

Security System
The cabin has a security system with 3 outdoor cameras only.
Do not disconnect the cameras or Wi-Fi router — doing so may incur an additional fee.

Check-Out Instructions

Before you leave, please take a few minutes to complete the following:

Collect all personal belongings.

Clean any used kitchenware and unload the dishwasher.

Light vacuuming is appreciated.

Place trash in the outdoor bin.

Leave all bed linens on the beds.

Place used towels on top of the washer.

Return all indoor and outdoor furniture to its original location.

Before leaving, ensure:

All lights are turned off

All doors are locked

Security alarm is armed

Gate is fully closed
