Notre Dame de Monts between sea and marsh

A quiet place combining sea⛱🌊 and forest🐾🚴 ♀️, it is a house that we have specially designed to meet you with family or friends. 👪
You will be 10 minutes by bike from the first beach, 300 meters from the forest which offers beautiful cycle paths and 3km from the village of Notre Dame de Monts.
A free🚐 shuttle leaves not far from the accommodation to reach the village in July and August
Close to the island of Noirmoutier and a few minutes by car from the boat to the island of Yeu🏝

In terms of comfort, you will have two bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed 160 (duvet 260x240)
- 1 bedroom with 2 double beds 140 bunk beds so 4 beds (2 duvets 240x220)

A living room with table, chairs, TV and you can also enjoy a sofa bed in the living room.
To lighten your suitcases, board games and books of all ages are also available.

A fitted and equipped kitchen with all the necessary crockery and household appliances; kettle, coffee maker (filter and pod), toaster, microwave grill, dishwasher from 2026.

A bathroom with shower and separate toilet

A laundry room with washing machine completes the accommodation.

Garden side:
A terrace with table, chairs, deckchairs and barbecue
For the summer of 2026, we are setting up an outdoor summer kitchen with plancha.
The garden is enclosed for football games and to ensure the We accept the safety of children and animals with an extra charge (30€/week).
The accommodation also has a private parking lot.

The accommodations are rented without bed linen but we can provide it with an extra charge of 30€ per week for all beds.

We can provide a travel cot, baby bath and high chair if needed (10€ for the week)

Outside school holidays, Bikes can be loaned.

From 01 October until 31 March, we will apply a surcharge in case of overconsumption of heating. Thanks to the EDF application, we will be able to calculate consumption in real time.

We fell under the spell of Notre Dame de Monts, we love this small town with its bakeries, its butcher's shop (a real favorite), its beach bistro, the small market out of season and the big one in season, the wind garden, its little cinema🎬.

Many walks are possible whatever the season, in the dunes, in the forest, in the marshes

The Ile d'Yeu, 30 minutes by boat from the Barre de Monts, an island with magnificent landscapes and its small fishing port.

During weekends and your summer stays, we have friends, families or ourselves nearby, we can intervene if necessary.
For weeks outside school holiday periods, we will do our best if necessary.
