Admire impressive views of the turquoise waters right from the back deck. It is the perfect place to unwind and relax. This villa offers 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, living room and a full kitchen.

This villa is also a short walk away from the hub of the town. There you can find a convenience store, liquor store, restaurant/bakery, gift shop and a car rental.

Amazing villa right on the beach!

This villa is literally right on the beach! Just about 20-30 steps away. Ivan's unit had everything we needed and more for our stay, and the location and views can't be beat. Ivan was always very helpful and we felt right at home. We'll definitely be coming back to one of the best beaches in the world!

Abacos heaven

The villa was great. The water warm and the weather was beautiful. Breakfast and cinnamon buns at Miss Florence. Sunset pizza has good pizza and music. Ivan the host is the best.

Treasure Vacation

This property was located just steps from one of the most beautiful beaches! We have been to the Abacos before, but this was our first time to Treasure Cay. Ivan, the host, was fast with communication and helped us with all questions. He even helped to coordinate transportation to the Green Turtle Ferry one day. Our kids loved the beach, and spent many hours in the pool as well. There was more than enough space for our family of 4, the second bathroom being a great bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

Right on the beach (really!)

Quite often when a property describes itself as "Just steps from the beach", they omit to mention that it's a lot of steps but not this gem! Just wander out to the sheltered patio, part the sea grass and there you are - right on the loveliest sugar-soft sand beach imaginable. The cottage is well laid out, superbly well equipped and a haven to relax in after a hard day exploring al that the island has to offer. To enjoy it properly you'll benefit from a hire car (most shopping options are in Marsh harbour and take time to explore the lush Southern end of the island.

Great place

We fished, ate, beached and had a good time. The shower drained very slowly and the Toney ants loved the place.

Treasure Cay in October

It was a very pleasant stay. The location is wonderful although not easy to find at first. The beach and water were awesome. The pool was also very nice and clean. Ivan was very friendly and helpful. We did have an issue with hot water in the showers and they drain slowly. Other than that, it was wonderful.

Fantastic location near beautiful beach

This is my second time in Treasure Cay and this location was by far better than another villa we stayed in nearby. It is literally steps from the beach, is very clean and roomy enough, with a large outdoor patio. Communication was primary and easy. Would stay here again!

Wonderful location on a beautiful beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The rental was clean and comfortable. This place is wonderful for days at a quiet beach that we only saw a few other couples on. Would recommend this place for a restful vacation.

Great vacation

We so enjoyed our stay in this villa very much. Direct access to the beach. Very clean and most comfortable. Ivan was a wonderful host. We will definitely rent this villa again.

The beach is stunning and quiet! I am was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed. It was well equipped with pool floats and an umbrella too!

Excellent spot right on the beach!

We needed a a place at the last minute and this was such a lucky find. The beautiful beach is right out the door and Ivan could not be any nicer! Property is well put together and met all our needs. We will certainly come again.

Beautiful beach and unbelievable water!

Hello, this was our first time in Treasure Cay. We have traveled to other parts of the Abaco's too. We come to the Islands for the water and beaches. Treasure Cay is a special place, we spent hours walking the beach and enjoying the beautiful water. Ivan, the host, is a great guy. I suggest getting to know him. The Villa was clean and had everything we needed for the week. We also enjoyed the community pool and we rented a golf cart too. We will be back!

Wonderful cottage on one of the top 10 rated beaches in the world!

Ivan was the perfect host. Easily reachable and accommodating. The perfect quiet getaway. We rarely wanted to leave the house! Secluded spectacular beach.

Staying in Treasure Cay at Ivan’s place

This was our second time staying here. It is right on the beautiful Treasure Cay Beach. Water pressure was a bit of an issue but that was all over the area not a specific issue with this unit. Ivan lives right behind this unit so very reachable and responsive. We rented a car, rented golf carts and rented a boat. We hit 7 Cays in 7 days. We would definitely rent here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was super clean, and it was amazing to sit outside and listen to the waves crash. The owner is excellent about any questions we had, and very accommodating. We are building a home in Abaco, and we will be back many times to this condo. Thank you so much!

Amazing Beach!

The Villa was perfect and so close to the beach! The ocean is the most beautiful color ! A must see to realize the color! Ivan was the perfect host and all the people are very accommodating. Florence cafe and Bahama Beach club is a must, make sure and get Florence’s cinnamon rolls!

Little piece of paradise!

The host , Mr. Russell was an absolute delight from beginning to end.. my husband and I just went in for a quick recharge trip to relax… we didnt want anything fancy… this location was so perfect. It was peaceful. Restful…. Just what we needed. The ocean is literally at your doorstep….already planning on going back!

Long weekend in Treasure Cay

We enjoyed this 2 bedroom villa and the community it is part of. Nice pool, beach access and beach chairs. Friendly community , 5:30 byob cocktails on the observation deck , met many nice people. The cottage was comfy, good beds and clean. They had beach towels as well as bathroom towels . They started us off with the kitchen soap etc . Ivan was very responsive and made check in ( we were early ) very easy. The beach here is FANTASTIC . We will return . Thank you Ivan for our lovely stay at your cottage !

Perfect place for leasure or business

The place was better than advertised. Great location 10 steps to see the ocean(because of a dine) and 50 steps and you are in it. Plenty of room clean, bright and comfortable. If you are a couple looking for a romantic place with a private beach area it's perfect. Or family with children who don't like a crowd it's great. I was there on business and the internet was strong and ample space to work.

Ready to go back!

Very responsive communication, great condo in a great location. Sad to see all the hurricane damage, but happy to help them come back. The condo was better than expected and Ivan checked in on us. I hope he’s able to get some more properties in this group, even though limited villas meant more privacy for us!

Best location!

This property was just as advertised. Ivan is very nice and friendly and his brother Marshall very nice as he provided transportation to and from the villa/airport. We had direct and private access to one of the most beautiful beaches you will ever see. Other folks in the community are friendly. Very convenient to be across the street from Florence cafe - had grouper fingers, croissants, and cinnamon buns - all fantastic, bought homemade punches at liquor store. Bought a new bag and coverup at the little boutique. And bought ice and water at the mini mart. Used Cash's Carts for golf cart rental and Chris is super helpful! Gave Capt Tom Sawer as boat rental option and had a wonderful day on the water exploring other cays. We had a wonderful time drinking coffee on the beach in the mornings, swimming in the afternoons, exploring the streets with golf cart and trying Bahama Beach Club for dinner one night - BBQ night was delicious with a beautiful bonfire on beach as we ate had a lovely waitress, and Sunset pizza was delicious with friendly service. Ivan has a gem here and we will be back!

This beach villa is truly amazing!! I rate it 5 out of 5! Right on a gorgeous beach, ocean is crystal clear and the beach is not crowded at all so if you’re looking for a relaxing stay this is the perfect place to enjoy it! The villa was extremely well cleaned and the host Ivan was beyond helpful, very responsive if any questions at all or anything you need. We can’t wait to return back here and will be happy to continue recommend friends and family about this beautiful place! The villa had great high speed wifi and tv with all channels and Netflix. Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed. BBQ right outside on the terrace, 1min walk you also have a nice pool area. A good tip is to make sure to buy all food, drinks prior to arriving since the convenience store is somewhat limited same with the liquor store very limited selection of wine. It was np at all but we didn’t know we had to bring our own shampoo so that’s also good to know prior arriving. Florence bakery a family owned bakery since 35 yrs just across the street was also amazing highly recommend their cinnamon buns and cheesecake was delicious. Never had the chance to try their food they serve breakfast and lunch but have no doubt it’s most likely great. If you book this villa you def won’t regret it enjoy! :)
