Welcome to your eccentric and whimsical getaway just steps from The Diag, all that Liberty street and Nickels Arcade have to offer, and so much more! This space is 500 square feet of color, whimsy and fun! Your living room turns into your luxurious queen bedroom with a custom made Murphy bed. Your full kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal, although with practically any type of cuisine right outside your front door you may never want to cook! This small space packs a powerful punch!

This space has all the eccentricity and color you could hope for... meant to inspire whimsy and spark delight! This space is perfect for 1 or 2 people, with queen sized Murphy bed that pulls down over the over sized couch! Enjoy your own full bathroom and Kitchen as well! Listen to some vinyl while you enjoy your morning coffee! You will enjoy plenty of storage space as well! With a plethora of restaurants just a few steps from your front door, this is the perfect crash pad for your downtown adventure!

Important to note: We do not offer WiFi at this space, however, there are many businesses nearby that offer free WiFi.

You will have the entire studio to yourself! It is just above Ding Tea!

Please note there is no designated parking for this space! There is always street parking close by and a few parking garages as well! Please factor in any parking charges when booking! The space is also within walking distance of anything you could need (restaurants, walgreens, shopping, public transport, uber, etc...).

We are very close by should you need anything! Just message or call!

Your space couldn`t be more perfectly located! You are just steps from all the restaurants and entertainment that Downtown AA has to offer. Walk to any Central Campus location from your front door. While this space does NOT offer free parking, you can find street parking and overnight lots close by!

You are just a short Uber ride from the Big house and North Campus. Uber, lyft and public transport are there whenever you need!

Great location, a few maintenance quirks to know about:The location was incredible — this was easily the highlight of the stay. The bed was comfortable, the space felt cozy, and the water pressure in the shower was genuinely great. I didn’t spend much time in the apartment beyond winding down for the night, sleeping and getting ready, so it suited my needs well.A few things future guests should know:Access: The apartment is up a narrow, steep set of stairs. The hallway was cluttered when I arrived — there were garbage bags piled near the entrance to the apartment which were gone in the morning.Bathroom: The bathroom light is wired to an unusually loud vent fan, and the shower light is dim and flickers. During the day there is a skylight so I opted for lights off. Kitchen: The tea kettle has some rust inside, and the kitchen sink handle is missing, so there’s no running water at the sink. On the plus side, the fridge had a full pitcher of filtered water waiting, which was a nice touch.The building is older with restaurants on the ground floor, so there’s a noticeable odor at first — it fades once you’ve been inside a few minutes.Overall, I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a solid, no-frills alternative to an economy hotel room — the location and comfort deliver, just go in knowing it has some rough edges.

Clean and super access to U of M. Noisy so we had to use the box fan white noise on Spotify and the earplugs provided by the hosts. I think that is the trade off to being so close to college students . Would stay again!

Perfect central location to campus, eateries, museums, boutiques and parking structures.

Visiting grandchildren who are U of M students and met their cousins for an overnight stay. Apartment was adorable and perfect!

Cute place in fabulous location and great price. But is loud though and can hear everything happening very clearly outside the windows. Would’ve been helpful to know cost of parking which was not shared. Thermostat was stuck on cold and we couldn’t get a place to heat up. Temperature is dropped at night due to Michigan winter weather so that was not ideal. Contacted host about about the situation and never heard back.

Clean room, bathroom and kitchen with a vinyl copy of the Little Prince by Antoine St-Exupery. I immediately knew I had chosen the right place. Essy access to rhe University, estaurants and nightlife. Great communication from owners. Highoy suggest staying here.

Cozy cute

We loved the apartment so much we ended up just staying in for the night instead of what we had planned. We felt right at home! Just enough ammenities and I really appreciated having real coffee in the morning.

GREAT LOCATION!

Overall very calm and nice stay at this Vrbo. A cozy listing in a very very convenient location. If you like pizza, or just New York food, you are so so so in luck. The NYPD pizza joint right below is such an amazing spot it’s almost worth staying at this cozy spot just for the convenience of simply walking downstairs for a slice, some knots, and a slice of red velvet cake.

Great place, central location but noisy

The rental itself was adorable and centrally located. The bathroom was not ideal, but fine for a couple of days. If you don't mind loud college students partying intothe late night hours, then I would highly recommend this place.

Absolutely Adorable!

This property is located in the Heart of Ann Arbor and easily walkable to anywhere in Ann Arbor. The bed is super comfortable, not to soft, not to hard. The place is extremely clean and has a wonderful boho vibe. I hope to be able to stay here again!

Great location

We had a wonderful stay. Communication with the property manager was great. We enjoyed the location and the eclectic style of the apartment. The parking garage close was reasonable as well. It is $1.50/hour so $36 a day.

Fun loft

This loft was a great fit for an adult night out. We live in the area and stayed in the city overnight. The location is fantastic for walking and grabbing dinner. The loft is uniquely decorated and sleeps very comfortably. Recommended!

So cute & cozy!

My friend & I stayed last night; it was a blast from the past, admiring the antique/vintage furniture & people-watching out the little breakfast nook over a cup of coffee. As appropriately titled, it is whimsical & colorful as much as it is cozy!
