Denne smukke ocean front første sal 2 soveværelser, 2 bad 1384 sq ft Condo beliggende på Palacio Del Mar har en fantastisk udsigt og opgraderinger i massevis! Bare gå 80 meter, og du er ved bredden af Cortezhavet. Rocky Point ligger kun 65 miles syd for Arizona. Det er en meget fredelig, rolig udvej by med restauranter, butikker og et frisk fiskemarked. Smukt kuplet loft i marmor, bordplader i marmor, loftsventilatorer, dejlig mexicansk fliser, meget smagfulde møbler og overdækket gårdhave! Master soveværelse har franske døre, der åbner det store rum med en fantastisk udsigt over havet! Tilpassede skabe og granit bordplader supplerer den stilfulde indretning! Meget behagelig king size seng og queensize seng med topmadrasser! Også dronning størrelse trække ud sovesofa.

Seashell hunters

Everything was great. Great place for a pet to be with you. Found lots of shells people are friendly. Thou there were not to many this time of year. Everything was very nice a week is not enough time. That is all we stayed. One thing I would say is that the hot tub was cold and so is the pool. They only run the hot tub on the weekends. But I would go back.

Perfect Stay for NWB Trip – Convenient, Peaceful, and Pet-Friendly!

My classmate and I are medical students who recently traveled to Mexico for a Naturopaths Without Borders (NWB) clinic, and this condo was absolutely perfect for our stay. The location was ideal—only 12 minutes from the clinic—which made our busy days much easier.The property was well-equipped for our needs. We brought our own food and water, but the owner provided plenty of clean water, which was a thoughtful touch. The full kitchen, complete with a freezer and refrigerator, allowed us to cook and store food, making it convenient to prepare meals for our long days.The condo itself was cozy and comfortable. The bed was especially great—I slept like a baby every night! The property is located in a quiet, gated community right on the ocean, offering a peaceful and secure atmosphere. The hot tub and pool, just steps from the back sliding door, were wonderful bonuses, and the sunrise views were absolutely breathtaking.As a bonus, we were able to bring our small dogs, who loved having a spot to potty right outside the back door. The entire stay was hassle-free, and we felt safe and undisturbed throughout.I highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a relaxing and convenient stay. I hope it’s available for our next NWB trip—I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else!

Can’t beat the location!! Infinite pool right outside your door. Staff clean the entire pool area common areas dailyComfortable beds, full kitchen.

Thanksgiving getaway

Really lovely condo with a great layout and spectacular view of the ocean. Palapa, pool and hot tub just outside the door. We met numerous nice neighbors, enjoyed the close (but not too close) proximity to Manny's beach club and restaurant. Wonderful place to bring kids..tide pools to explore and lots a pelicans to watch but great for all ages. Would definitely go back!

Staff like Hector make you feel welcome and safe. Condo was super clean and so beautiful. We can’t wait to return with as large group soon.

Rocky Point

We truly enjoyed the property and the outstanding view. Everything was perfect. Enjoyed walking to Manny’s for dinner and drinks. Also the El Capitan view was breathtaking.

Awesome Place!

Everything was as nice as it sounded in the listing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool and view was magnificent and the unit was close to everything we wanted to do. Would stay again -- and probably will!

Perfect location

This was a fantastic condo. The view is amazing, the accommodations were superb. The host is very thoughtful and detailed in her instructions about the condo. My adult children and their family stayed a few complexes down the beach, my daughter and I had the condo to ourselves. However, we were able to fit an additional 5 people over for an impromptu swim party. Will definitely book again

Peaceful beach stay

So soothing to just sit and listen to the waves. Relaxing massages, great places to eat nearby. Owner is wonderful to work with. We have stayed multiple times and plan to stay again.

Small complex ground level condo. Was like pool & spa was in own background + early morning coffee under palapa watching tide come in. Recommend this property & hope to stay again.

Our own slice of paradise

Getting into town was no problem. Directions were perfect. Staff at the condo were friendly and always helpful. The condo itself is *gorgeous!* with a direct view of the ocean and swimming pool. Everything worked as expected. Everything clean. Would definitely love to come back!

Stress getaway

We really enjoyed Brenda’s condo. We’ve stayed here once before and find it to have most everything we need. The location is great! Not too busy. Her condo feels like home. Brenda is so kind and easy to communicate with. Best of all, she’s pet friendly! We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful Condo and Stunning Location!

This condo is a true gem! The beautiful pool is right off the back patio and the beach starts right past the pool. We stayed in early August and the property was not too busy. We had the entire pool to ourselves on several occasion and any time we did have company, they were very pleasant. There are several cabanas and a covered seating area near the pool to enjoy the shade. The property is adjacent to a rocky tide pool area which was great for collecting shells and checking out sea life. Within very close walking distance there is a nice sandy beach area as well. The condo had secure parking. The security guards were all friendly and they made regular rounds around the property. We felt safe and secure the whole time. The unit was well equipped with towels and dishes as well as laundry supplies. The decor in the unit was a very nice touch and we loved the decorations and colors. There was a full stock of DVDs and we enjoyed watching The Three Amigos while in Mexico! Overall, we had an amazing time, and we hope that we can go back sometime in the near future. I highly recommend this condo for your Rocky Point vacation stay!

Amazing!!

I recently stayed at Brenda’s condo on the beach, and it was an amazing experience. The place was impeccably clean, which made it feel very welcoming from the moment we arrived. It offered a great level of privacy, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time without any disturbances. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we got a good night's sleep every night. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a serene beach getaway.

Amazing

We have been going to Rocky Point several times a year for years. We stay at various resorts and other VRBO condos. This condo jumped right to the top of our favorite list as soon as we walked in. The place is so well decorated. The view is amazing. Well stocked with towels, kitchen appliances and utensils. Water pressure was outstanding! Host was so attentive to any question we had. There was even frozen large beer mugs in the freezer for beer when you arrive. Master bedroom I loved! So much room! I can't say enough about this place. The pictures on the site do not do justice that this place deserves. I just hate to post a great review because I want this place available for the next time I visit Rocky Point. This is totally our favorite place to stay now!!!!

Awesome on the beach

This condo is even better than it is represented on this site and Brenda is amazing. She was quickly available when we needed her. A ground floor location just steps from the pool and jacuzzi. We loved just relaxing on the patio listening to the waves crash just beyond the pool. We walked to the beach a couple times and drove only a few minutes to a beach with great rentals. There is security that is always somewhere nearby. They are friendly. We felt safe always. There is also a basic grocery store just a 2 minute walk away for essentials. We highly recommend this place and will return.

I grew up in Indiana and have been in Arizona for 25 years. I have a son, daughter-in-law and grandbaby who live near me. I also have 4 dogs...Rocky, Roxy, Molly and Manny.

I started going to Rocky Point in early 1993 and immediately fell in love with the beauty and tranquility of the sea. I love the culture and the small town atmosphere. I bought the condo in December 2008 and spend as much time in Rocky Point, as possible. I drive there by myself all of the time and feel completely safe.

Breathtaking view from the condo! Very relaxing, peaceful property with not many tourists during non-peak times, yet close to everything! Furnished very nicely!
