Thank you for sharing your feedback about your stay. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced and will address the issues you mentioned with our cleaning and maintenance teams. However, we would like to clarify that our unit's description clearly outlines the sleeping arrangements, which include one king bed, one queen-size pull-out couch, and one elevated queen-size air mattress. We understand that this may not have met your expectations, but are certain that our description is accurate and listed clearly. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to make improvements. We regret that your expectations were not met and hope that you will give us the opportunity to serve you in the future. Safe travels, Paul

Thank you for your feedback, Maricruz. We're sorry for any confusion, but our listing clearly states it's a 1-bedroom with 2 full baths. The sleeping arrangements, including the inflatable mattress, are accurately detailed in the description, pictures, and there is even a section that breaks down the sleeping arrangements. We understand your frustration with the inflatable mattress, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. If it had been mentioned during your stay, we would have replaced it immediately to avoid further discomfort. Thanks to your feedback, we have replaced it with a new one. We take pride in the transparency of our listings and have consistently received positive feedback, as evident in our history of only 5-star reviews, including from the guest who checked in right after your stay. Our rates reflect the accurate information in the listing. Previous guests have found the sleeping arrangements as described. We regret any confusion and encourage guests to review details for a clear expectation.
