Great family vacation home

Our family of 5 stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the amenities the house offered. The owners have thought of everything and we spent a week relaxing and experiencing the Cape Coral/Ft Myers area. The location is great and nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

We had such an amazing time in this beautiful home! The layout is wonderfully comfortable, and the kitchen quickly became our favorite hangout spot with plenty of space and seating. The kids loved the pool and spent most of their time outside enjoying it. Everything was spotless and so inviting! We also enjoyed evening walks around the neighborhood and were thrilled to spot several owls!

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, and pool and beach equipment. The house was stocked with many of the items that are easily forgotten at home for convenience. The location was perfect and we enjoyed the pool every evening. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful Father’s Day vacation in this wonderful home, which is in a quiet neighborhood, but close to all nearby markets and local businesses. The house is beautifully decorated and fully- equipped with all essentials. The house is spacious and roomy allowing everyone to have space to rest and relax. We fully enjoyed lounging in the heated pool and fishing in the dock. Communication with the owners was superb, very attentive to our needs. We would definitely love staying here again.

Perfect Family House

The house was perfect for us. We wanted to spend the whole time at the house, playing in the pool, and enjoying the water. It met all of our needs and was a beautiful house to stay in. Comfortable beds, great spots to gather and eat, or lounge around. We made some amazing memories there. We had quick responses from the property owners for even small requests.

WONDERFUL !!!!

We have stayed in many vacation home rentals and this one was by far the best experience ever. The owners were very attentive and supplied so many things to make our experience very pleasurable. The beds were sooo... comfy. Could not have asked for anything more. The home is absolutely beautiful.

Luxury Living while in Florida

We had an amazing time while staying in this home. There is room for everyone to unwind after a long day. Gorgeous amenities, luxurious bedding and pillows, over-the-top coffee bar, the kitchen has everything and a LARGE island to hang out while preparing meals. The outdoor space is so peaceful. I loved having morning coffee by the pool and canal. The location is perfect! We were able to visit so many places that were close by. Will definitely be staying here again!

If you don’t care about pests then this may be the place for you. I informed the owner several times about the dead and live ants all over the property. In the bathrooms and bedrooms, daily, going to the bathroom with ants crawling all around my feet. I had to make my kids wear shoes in the shower and keep our bags off of the floors. I have a small one that picks everything up off of the floor and puts it in their mouth so this was nerve wrecking. Owner stated we are in Florida so couldn’t do anything about it. We live in Florida also and don’t live with bugs daily all day every day in our home. Seemed like he didn’t care much when I complained. Crab spiders hanging all over and around the pool area. House doesn’t actually cool down until the hours of like 2am-5am. If it weren’t for the bug problem we would love to come back otherwise. The kids enjoyed everything else.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry that parts of your stay did not meet your expectations. When you first notified us about ants in the home, we immediately offered to have our cleaning team return the same day to address the issue. However, you requested that no service personnel enter the home during your stay. When we later asked whether exterior service visits would be acceptable, you confirmed they would. We then arranged for our licensed pest control company, which regularly services the property, to perform an additional treatment. Our pool and landscaping vendors also completed their scheduled maintenance while respecting your request regarding access to the home. Regarding the cooling system, the thermostat includes a QR code with operating instructions, and guests have full control of the temperature settings. At your request, we remotely adjusted the thermostat to 70°F on two occasions. You later let us know that you had become familiar with the system and that it was simply different from the thermostat you use at home. Throughout your stay, we responded promptly to your concerns and also provided a refund for the final day of your stay as a gesture of goodwill. We appreciate your comments and are pleased to hear your children enjoyed many aspects of the property. We wish you and your family all the best.

Beautiful and Comfortable

This property was beautifully decorated and very comfortable with lots of different living space for relaxing, watching TV or hanging out together. It was very well-stocked and we found it had everything we needed. The coffee bar was a great perk and we appreciated the beach equipment. The location on the canal was gorgeous with a beautiful view of the sunset and some manatees that visited from time to time. The property manager was very amenable and accommodating, with prompt communication. We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property.

Surprisingly wonderful!

Great house to spend weeks or even a few months. Exceeded expectations! Beautiful and comfortable inside and out and had everything a family would need for a wonderful vacation, pool toys, coolers, chairs, outdoor space was great. Jena was our contact for property management and she was very responsive. I asked for a few things during our 2 month stay such as bath mats, placemats for outdoor table, squeegee for the shower, etc. and they arrived the next day. Very helpful! Would stay I would highly recommend this property!

Magical Vacation

Going on vacation and staying in this home away from home was a magical experience for me, my husband, our son and his wife and our daughter and her boyfriend. The home was sparkling clean when we got there. Everything you could ever wish for was so well thought out. The towels were plentiful and plush, the kitchen well appointed and pool was the perfect temperature. The beds were super comfortable and seating around the pool was exactly where you wanted to be with a cup of coffee every morning. This house inspires relaxation and fun. We caught catfish off the dock and the kids brought a paddle board to navigate the canals. The restaurants, beaches and shops in the area are all fun to explore. Overall, we would give this vacation spot a 10++!!

Our stay was an absolute A+

Our stay was an absolute A+! The house was very clean & beds were extremely comfy! House was adorably decorated and had a very open feel! Loved the huge sliding glass doors from almost every room to the pool and lanai area. The owners were super on it! Any questions we had were answered right away. Pool was clean and warm. Kids loved it! (I loved the bathroom right off the pool area so the kids weren’t tracking in wet footprints! Lol!) We are already planning a trip back! Thank you to the owners for all of the special touches and making our family vacay awesome!

Amazing!!!

We absolutely LOVED this house. The entire property was a dream. We loved the pool area! It was also amazing to wake up and have coffee right on the water. The house is brand new and immaculate. The owners were able to answer all our questions and were very accommodating. They also have a wonderful welcome basket for us with snacks and a booklet full of info and awesome places to go. Nice Guys is a must!

Ah, what a fun time and awesome property!!

As we leave, reflecting on our wonderful time at this property and still cant wrap my mind why are we leaving? could stay there forever…Property owners were amazing and very welcoming to their beautiful vacation home. We didnt have any issues or questions with the property everything was thought of and outlined in the welcome info packet and QR codes by mainn areas helped with accesinf that website with ton of info about the house and the area. House is as nice as its pictured, pool area was amazing to spend time and we did rent pontoon boat from local guy who had it delivered to the dock by the house, what a great time we had on the water. i would rate 11 out of 10 for this property and their owners.

When they’re in town, you’ll often find them shelling on Sanibel’s beaches, taking day trips to Siesta Key or Naples, enjoying Street Corn Pizza at Nice Guys Pizza—or simply relaxing poolside while keeping an eye out for manatees cruising through the canal.
