The host was very welcoming & we enjoyed the welcoming gift every day! The amenities were great and very appreciated. The condo was clean, spacious & had a great view of the ocean where we saw a lot of whales. Thank you for an all around great stay!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Good bed and the washer and dryer worked very well. There was a representative from My Perfect Stays there to make sure we got into our condo OK, even though our flights were delayed and we were about 2 1/2 hours late. There was one issue that had I known about I wouldn’t have chosen this rental. The Hawaiian weather is so mild this time of year that you can have the doors and windows open day and night. The lanai door needs replaced. It is very difficult to open and makes a deafening screeching noise when closing it. This really impacted our use of the lanai and was very disappointing to me since the ocean view was a huge factor in choosing this unit. Also, the window in the bedroom was hard to open and a hassle to close . My Perfect Stays sent someone to address this for us and hopefully will get the door and window repaired, whatever that takes. Maybe these two things wouldn’t matter too much to someone else but they would have been a deal breaker for me, had I known .

Condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed! Parking was easy and location was great and convenient to everything! When I asked questions, responses were quick and informative. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely spot. Basic Apt. Poor communication.

What a privilege to stay on the top floor of a lovely resort with an incredible view. We enjoyed our stay very much.The kitchen supplies were quite basic, and there was no kettle for warming water, which is odd. We requested one, and the property manager said they would drop one off, but they never did.It also took several text messages to get an answer on what to do with our garbage. They did drop off additional toilet paper, though, which was helpful. The property manager - Perfect Stays - also has little, quietly transgressive notes posted around the apartment reminded you that you could charged hundreds of dollars for any damage to towels or linens. A very corporate and impersonal thing to do. Overall, we really had a great stay - the apartment is simple and comfy - but when customers are being charging a premium price, then I think they deserve a better welcome and a more responsive host.

The room was really nice, but we were disappointed to find the second bed, a pull out couch, had been heavily urinated on by a very recent tenant, but never cleaned or sheets changed. While I appreciate the same-day response when I called it in, the solution was a blow-up mattress, which was less than ideal (and not what we paid for) and we had the use the full week we were there. Was also gross knowing the pee was still in the couch we had to sit on. Also, thete was a lot of construction that wasn't ever disclosed to us. The worst was that the second pool was drained, which was one of the reasons we chose this location. The second pool was right next to the ocean, very disappointing to find this when we showed up. Felt like an ommission to not disclose upfront.

Perfect Location

This was our first experience with My Perfect Stays but hopefully not our last! The location of the Kaanapali Shores was perfect for what we wanted to do. The booking staff answered all my questions about what was in the condo and what to expect. There were plenty of shops and dining choices in the resort or within walking distance. The pool by the beach was closed for renovations and that was very disappointing but the other pool was open and just a bit crowded. The condo itself was well furnished if not a little dated but everything we needed. Everything worked. The view from our deck was awesome. We were on the top floor so we had quite a good view to Malaki and the ocean itself. The facilities were so large it took us a few days to discover everything! We will hopefully book there again in the future.

Great Property , Excellent Views

We had an excellent vacation of over a week in this unit and we never got bored of the superb views . The whole resort and the penthouse caters to all types and moods of all family members . Kids enjoyed the pool and beach and we enjoyed the serene Ocean Views from Lanai and Bedroom . Even though we stayed at almost the end of Whale Season , but we saw whales from Lanai almost every day . Enjoying evening cocktails or morning chai/coffee is still so fresh in our minds . Very conveniently located to a lot of points of attraction . We would surely like to visit again and highly recommend to our friends and family .

Great view

We loved the unit we stayed in! The view from the living room and bedroom were beautiful. Had a welcome guide and provides some coffee and laundry pods. Would have liked a few more pillows for beds, but overall everything was great!

The unit was comfortable and clean with a great view of the ocean.

I would rent again - liked the unit and resort. I also like to cook - the knives were sharp and cooking utensils met all my needs.

Great Location and Amenities

This property was well worth it, we would stay again. We saw whales from our balcony and the unit and resort had everything that we needed. It was a short walk across the street to a grocery store. The restaurant on the property was excellent. We were very happy with our stay.

Room was nice. Like the view. This is a view of the ocean over some lower (1 floor) ranch cottages as well as some greenery which I thought was nicer than a straight ocean view.
