You have the whole space all to yourself! 4 bedrooms, two full baths, and one half bath. Bonus room downstairs makes for an awesome game room! You have a stocked kitchen, with laundry room right down the hall!
We love our location. We are tucked away on a dead end road in a friendly neighborhood. We are no more than 10 minutes away from all the restaurants, and two marinas making this a great location if you’re new to the area!

Home was perfect for our family. The beds were very comfortable. It was very nice to have enough seating at the dining table for all of us. We felt very safe in this neighborhood.

Spring Break

There was a storm the weekend we were there so we spent a lot of time in the house. It certainly has all the comforts of home. We had a great time.

Girls weekend

Weekend with ladies coming from Memphis. We just relaxed, enjoyed each other, cooking and music. The house was great and great communication with the owner. Highly recommend.

Not impressed

The home is not described accurately. I was told I would have several streaming platforms to choose from and none of them worked. The board games that were in the basement were all dumped into a box together and most of the pieces were missing. There was a broken chair that was hidden behind the bar in the basement. The work that has been done to the house has either been done by the owner or by someone that doesn't know what they're doing. For the cost of this rental things should have been much nicer. One of the toilets does not flush right so we did not use The neighborhood is amazing but the house not so much. .

Tournament

We stayed at Holiday for a weekend fishing tournament for my daughter and her teammates. House was in a great location awesome neighborhood. Plenty of space for all of us. House was super clean outdoor area was awesome with the lighting. Host was very responsive and helpful with any questions. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Retreat

So thankful you let us use your lake house. It was a great space for our ministry team to meet and prepare our summer. Great sitting area in main space and fun hangout downstairs (didn't get to enjoy outdoor space due to random showers but so many areas to gather with others). Plenty of room for 6, beds were comfortable. Owner was super helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Will definitely use again!

Concerns

We had concerns about a few things that were not accurately posted. It says in your either booking or notes you receive prior to check in that you cannot adjust the thermostat yourself. However, after the second night I reached out I was told I had the ability to do it all along. The other thing that should be more clearly explained is you are responsible to take your trash to the dumb site yourself daily. There is no can to place it in to take on after a day or two. In addition, you check out early in the morning but the trash site doesn't open until noon or 1pm on Sunday. We were told take it the night before and the small trash take to a gas station and drop it. The problem is the night before the men fished until after the site was closed. Needless to say they had to drive all the way home with two bags of trash in their car. The house was not very clean. The lower level wasn't even vacuumed and used gum trash was found in one of the bedrooms. The comforters had no covers on them and looked like they hadn't been washed in a long time. The owners did respond quickly when concerns were shared with them. However, it didn't change cleanliness issues or trash concerns.

Clean, quiet and comfortable

Friends and I stayed over the weekend for a fishing tournament. Parking was ideal in the house. Exceeded our expectations. Deanna was easy to communicate with as well!

Nice home

This home was just the size for our group and while it was a nice home it needs a deep cleaning. Im not sure who cleans the home or what is payed but i would suggest finding someone else to do the job. I know we payed good money for a cleaning fee but was disapointed in the way we found it when we checked in.

Great Home and Host

Almost everything was great. Home is lovely. The location is breath-taking. The host responds quickly. However, we could not watch TV due to no internet access and there was no ironing board. I would still stay again and again. It was worth it.

Just wasn’t the best

After driving 13 hours, we arrived at this rental to the rest of our party (that arrived earlier) cleaning the house. The bed sheets/comforters were dirty in all of the rooms. My husband and I went upstairs to look at ours and there was menstrual blood on the comforter. The house cleaner apparently put the dirty comforter back on the bed. I notified the owner and she was apologetic about it. My family washed every dish in the house because there was loose food particles in the drawers and cabinets. My mother in law scrubbed their bathroom a few times. There was black stuff in the grout and hair in the tub. We also later found chips and food debris under one of the couches. We got it mostly clean, so no more issues. Not what anyone vacationing wants to do after spending good money for a vacation rental. The weather dropped to 5 degrees while we were there and the central heater struggled to keep up. We borrowed some space heaters from my mother who lives in the area. On the space heaters the temp gauge read around 60 degrees, but in the corner by the door read 48. My father in law wore a sweater, jacket and gloves just to sit on the couch. There is no control over the thermostat, you’ll have to text the owner to change it. The water heater couldn’t catch up either. It was basically one person shower per day. The owner was receptive of the issues and was kind enough to waive the cleaning fee.

Wonderful Thanksgiving getaway

This house was the perfect getaway with enough room for the whole family to gather together for Thanksgiving!!! It was exactly what we needed !!!

Lovely area

Great place for our family, beautiful home, comfy beds, and plenty of space! Just wished we had more time there to enjoy! A little weird to take your trash off site, but everything was just as advertised!

Great Pickwick Option

Stayed here with six adults and there was plenty of room to spread out. We loved curling up watching their selection of movies on DVD after a day out boating on the river. It was slightly odd having the thermostat "locked" and having to text the owner to adjust the A/C. She did respond quickly and she was very easy to work with!! I would definitely stay here again.

We had been dreaming of a lake house for awhile, and were so excited when this came up on our radar! We loved the space immediately. Our goal was to have a home that could host large friend groups/families like ours, and be in a great location! I have to say we lucked out on this one. Great neighbors, great location, and lots of room to grow in this home!

We have our own neighborhood access to lake, within 10 minutes from both marinas, and close to all the restaurants/attractions here in town! No windy roads to get to us, and all paved streets!
