The Wright Retreat- Private Entry w/ Sauna & Hot Tub

Newly built retreat close to skiing and amazing amenities. Modern Farmhouse Design with a Sauna, HotTub and fire pit. Come experience our amazing location by Lagoon, Downtown Ogden and the popular Gold Spike Arena. Ski at Powder Mountain, Nordic Valley or Snowbasin. Echo Lake, Willard Bay, and Pine View Reservoir offer world class fishing experiences. Miles of Hiking Trails near by. Have fun with your off road toys by taking them out to Locomotive Springs or OCA Motocross Track right around the corner!

Full basement apartment, fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed w/ closet and enough room for air mattress or pack-n-play. (Both Provided)
Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed w/ larger closet.
Common Areas- Living room has space for an air mattress.

Both Rooms have black out curtains.

Fully stocked, full size kitchen. Full size refrigerator, dish washer, stove/oven, microwave, spices, coffee/tea/hot coco, blender, pressure cooker, silverware. We stocked the kitchen with you in mind in order to provide you with anything you could possibly need in a kitchen.

Mudroom:
Great place to leave your ski equipment and gear. Coat hangers with boot/glove dryer. The light switch is motion activated to keep you from having to search for a light switch in the dark.

Laundry: Brand new, Full size stacked washer and dryer next to our lovely sauna. Laundry detergent provided.

Wifi: Gig speed wifi is available. Plenty of speed to go around to ensure buffer free entertainment.

Much fun awaits you inside and out. There is a sauna in the laundry room for you to enjoy. 50" Roku Smart TV with complimentary YouTube TV and many other options for you entertainment. Feel free to sign into any streaming account you desire. Board games are available inside the cabinets underneath the TV.

Backyard: Enjoy the hot-tub, grill, fire pit and seating area outside on the patio. The lower patio area is reserved for you. The remainder of the back yard is a shared space with my family and our family dog. He is a Cockapoo named Floki, and weighs about 25 lbs. Floki is an indoor, hyper allergenic shed free pup. He's usually only outside when we let him out. Feel free to allow the kids to play in the large grass area, play volley ball, Frisbee golf or jump on the trampoline. There is even a bad ding cage your welcome use upon request. We are very friendly and love to meet new people, but also respect your privacy. Do not hesitate to say hello. We are here on property and can respond to your needs very quickly. Just reach out through the app, a text or a phone call.

This is a basement apartment and we do live above you. We will respectively try our best to keep the kiddos tame and try to prevent the noise coming from above. If at anytime you feel bothered, please let us know. On school nights, it is quiet after 9:00 pm and on weekends or holidays it will be quiet after 11:00 pm.
