Brand New Luxury Townhouse with City View+Near Uptown, Noda, BoA Stadium
It is a brand new townhouse just built in 2021. Location is PERFECT if you want to explore Charlotte City! You'll be able to easily navigate to Charlotte's most popular attractions! 5 mins drive to BOA Stadium, NoDa, South End, and Midtown Crossing Building-where you can find Target, BJ’s, Trade Joe’s, Marshalls, Best Buy, West Elm and Charlotte best resturants.
Our house is 2 mins WALKING DISTANCE to Alexander Street Park, which is a great place to take a break and enjoy the nature. It has tennis/basketball court, kids play ground and greenway open to public. (We provides free tennis rackets, tennis balls and basketball to use.)
The space
This private townhouse has 3BR and 3.5 Bathrooms, every guest room has its own prive full bathroom. The entire furnished home can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. (Inflatable bed provided)

• Cozy sofa.
• Smart TV with youtube, prime video, Netflix, Disney + (May need your own login) and Cable TV with spectrum provides over 100 Channels.
• Fast speed Wifi with 400mb.
KITCHEN AND DINING
• Dining table and counter area seating.
• Full-sized refrigerator with ice maker.
• Microwave, toaster, oven, and dishwasher.
• Hot & Cold brew system gives you the ability to make hot & cold coffee and tea, we provide free coffee and tea bags
• Basic cooking supplies

• Queen-sized mattress
• Nightstands and closet space
SECOND BEDROOM

• King-sized mattress (Extra high king bed mattress will need you to climb to the bed)

House has 2 parking spots at back of the townhouse- one car in the garage, one in the driveway. There are free street parkings in front of the townhouse.
We will provide code for the door to access the entire house on your booking dates.
