The main-level queen bedroom and lower-level king bedroom each provide private, well-appointed bathrooms for ultimate convenience. A Florida porch off the lower level offers another serene spot to enjoy the lake breeze.

Step outside to the private 25-foot dock, perfect for swimming, fishing, or launching the two kayaks provided for guest use. The dock also includes cleats for mooring small watercraft, giving you endless ways to enjoy the water.

Below Deck: Please watch your head when using the stairs leading from the living room down to what we refer as "Below Deck"- which is where you will find the spacious 2 bedroom and Florida porch. If you prefer not to use the rather steep stairs, we highly recommend accessing the bedroom by walking alongside the house and entering through the porch.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 1 dog allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies.
