Thanks for your feedback! I’m glad you enjoyed the location and easy beach access. I’m sorry about the cleaning misses and the grill not being ready when you arrived - I wish I had known during your stay so I could’ve sent someone right over to help. I appreciate your note about the pool area as well. Guest comfort is always a priority, and I’d love to welcome you back for a smoother stay next time.

Hi Nichole! I'm so happy to hear that your family was able to enjoy your trip despite the storm. I would love to host you again-- with hopefully better weather!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m truly sorry that parts of your stay were frustrating. I want to clarify that the broken blinds were replaced, and whenever issues were reported, my maintenance team responded to assist. Regarding the washer, it turned out to be a user error, though I understand how that could have been confusing. As for the pool area drains, unfortunately, the plumber couldn’t come during your stay, but I did my best to address the situation quickly. Cleaning and upkeep are always a priority, and your comments will help ensure the team focuses on these areas moving forward.

Thank you! I am so glad the home was a great fit for your group and that you enjoyed the pool and the easy beach access. I would love to host you all again anytime!

Thanks so much for staying! I noticed you left a 4-star rating, if there’s anything I could’ve done to make your stay even better, I’d really appreciate your feedback. Always looking for ways to improve and would love the chance to host you again in the future!

Thank you so much for the 5-star rating, Alexis! I appreciate it and hope to welcome you back for another great stay soon!
