Our family of 6 fit perfectly. The kitchen is big and the building was quiet for the most part, even over New Years Eve. You can walk to the ski hill / lift and it's a short drive to the village.
The unit is dated — we tried to avoid using the kitchen lights, for example, because they're harsh, hospital florescent bulbs — but it's a cozy apartment if you're okay with a building from the 1980s.
The building is old. We did not have a washer/dryer or hot tub during our stay because they both needed repair. The elevator also broken down at one point. The host was kind enough to reimburse us, but I would look elsewhere if you require specific amenities like that. The check-in / -out process is kind of a pain as well — pick-up and drop-off keys from a separate building in the village.
