Abracadabra Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful experience staying in this house! It’s got plenty of space and everything you need. The walk to the beach is short and easy, plus you can see the beach from the porches. The property manager, Gail, was super nice and welcoming. The ice machine in the kitchen was a huge plus! We will definitely be back!

Great location and Layout but needs serious attention

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The bones, layout, and location of this property were great. It was quiet, a quick walk to the beach, plenty of space, etc. It’s very obvious that whoever owns this just has some service maintaining it and there is serious need of some human touch and care. We found a cockroach in the bathroom, there was a large frame for the WiFi password that had fallen off of the command strips and was just leaned against the wall. The shower heads were gross. The shower to the left of the stairs on the second floor had clear mildew or mold. Even for a beach house, there was lots of sand in the house when we arrived. The old, white chairs show visible signs of dirt and age. The kitchen is not stocked with essentials for cooking common meals. There were other examples where some simple TLC would do a lot of good.

We appreciate your feedback, Tyler. We never liked to hear that a guest is less than satisfied with their stay. The Home is on a mandatory pest control program and treated regularly. We will certainly pass the feedback about showers to the cleaning crew. We provide multiple avenues for communication and would’ve been more than happy to assist you with anything during your stay. We have staff readily available to assist at all times. We are very pleased to hear that you enjoyed the layout of the home and the fabulous location. Thanks for staying with us. We enjoyed our stay here - house was clean and had great views of the beach between the houses. The walk to the beach was short and easy (great for kids and all their stuff!) We brought our own Keurig machine and the grill was a small charcoal one, but other than that the house had everything we needed. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Overall great house for a large family! We would definitely love to come back!

Would definitely stay again. Easy to get to beach. Tons of space for everyone. My only recommendation would be to have a rug in the foyer to catch some of the sand and at the kitchen sink.

This home is perfect for a large group with small children. The beach access is in the front of the home and it takes less than five minutes to get there. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. The master bedroom is large with a very comfortable mattress. We loved the house and it location close to the beach! Spacious with comfortable beds. The hot water pressure was great for 13-14 people! A/C worked well. Dishwasher made for very hot clean utensils and plates. The video gamers were able to hook up Nintendo Switch to the TV. We would stay there again!
