Spinnaker Point is one of the best beach front locations in Bear Lake! There are many beautiful places to rent here in Bear Lake, but what Spinnaker Point provides as a place for your family to call home-base is truly unique. In addition to the 2,200 sq. ft. luxury remodeled townhome space, you'll have many more amenities to make your vacation unforgettable. As a beach front property, you'll have easy and private access (shared with only 5 other properties) to the lake. There is a 80 foot dock that extends out into the lake (availability fluctuates with water levels), which provides an easy place to temporarily load up your boat/jet skis. The 2/3rd acre of lawn provides the perfect place for kids to run around and play yard games. The fire pit is a great place to gather in the evenings and roast s'mores. In addition to being right on the lake, you are also within walking distance to all of the restaurants, shake shops, and stores in Garden City. The location of this condo is truly unbeatable.

The townhome itself has 2 levels of private decks, providing a comfortable place to enjoy the breathtaking views of the lake. The BBQ grill and outdoor seating make the decks the perfect place to enjoy a delicious meal together. The large windows and sliding doors provide an easy view of the lake from anywhere within the home. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need. The living space is bright and spacious, perfect for gathering together in the evenings. A significant problem with many properties at Bear Lake is parking. Not here! In addition to the garage you have 6 parking spots (three double deep spots so you can leave the boat or trailer hooked to your vehicle if desired).

For your convenience in planning, here is the exact arrangement of each of the bedrooms:

Each of the bedrooms has a smart TV.

There is a sister townhome available for rent under the same roof. If you are looking for space to accommodate a larger group, you can rent the two units together to sleep 35 in 9 bedrooms and 6 baths.

** Watercraft can not be left unattended at the dock. It is for temporary loading of people only. (it is not a floating dock, so damage to both boat and the dock itself is possible if left unattended**

We live in a neighboring state and try to go to Bear Lake every year. I've been going there since I was young and now I have my own children and grandchildren. We have stayed at a few different places and this is now one of our favorites. Some things we loved: 1. Waterfront property. Having direct access to the water is the most important consideration for us. The lake level was pretty low this year but it wasn't too far of a walk at all. We could easily carry our many water toys to the water each day.2. Access to the garage for storing our toys and inflatables. 3. Close proximity to the marina and other amenities. We bring our own jet ski and it was very convenient to be about a mile away from the boat launch. We were also able to walk to restaurants and shops. (Of course, we needed to get the famous raspberry shakes!)4. There are a lot of stairs, but the multiple levels provided for more privacy and separation of the sleeping areas.5. Although the grounds were shared with several other guests, there was plenty of room for all and we did not have any problems. People generally stayed to themselves and the interactions we did have were pleasant and very friendly.Things we didn't like:1. Nothing.We loved it so much that we extended our stay for another day. We will definitely come back again, as long as we don't outgrow the space as our family grows.

Best 4th of July Ever!

We have enjoyed 4th of July trips every year for the last 10 years or so and this one takes the cake! The house is amazing and the location right on the water and close to downtown Garden City is unbeatable! We will definitely rent here again! The only way it could be better would be if the “beach” area was actually sand like what is found in the North Beach area of the lake.

Great lakefront property!

Loved our stay! House has a lot of stairs, so had to be careful with small children. Other than that, house was incredible and we loved the floor plan for giving people privacy. Outdoor grass area was awesome for kids to play!

This is not a 5bedroom condo (it is 4 bedrooms & a nook w a daybed) Cleaners did not wipe things down, the fridge was filthy (so we didn’t use it) the oven was filthy. We didn’t have enough towels for everyone (thank goodness I packed beach towels that we could use as showers). When you walk into the condo that floor has 2 bedrooms and a bath, beware it does NOT get cool by the supposed AC unit, it was 80% or more :( yes they had some fans however blowing warm air is miserable to sleep. None of the rooms ceiling fans remotes worked as the fan would come on w the lights but you couldn’t shut the light off. I had to unload the dishwasher from the previous guest (something the cleaner should have done). The rooms need blinds, not flimsy curtains to help keep the heat out and early am light. There was NO shampoo, conditioner, body wash thought dispensers were in the showers :( For the price paid having 3 other groups sharing the property was NOT fun, we weren’t able to put out any games and my lower patio was not usable as other guest put their paddle boards/canoes on it. The garage was told usable however I had to move all the canoes/paddle boards out of the way to be able to use it. We had a group of 8 adults and 6 kids with my brothers group walking over daily from their rental to join us on the lake etc. The property isn’t worth what they charged 4K for 3days :(

We loved the floor plan of this condo. There were plenty of private spaces and beds for everyone. The decks were wonderful to enjoy the views of the lake and the yard and playground were great for the kids. There was a great breeze and plenty of fans to keep the house cool. Matt (rental company rep) was very responsive, accommodating, and wonderful to work with. A few things that impacted my review, but wouldn’t keep us from staying there again:The beach access, yard, and playground area are shared by 7 properties, only 2 of which are managed by this rental company. Therefore there were several other groups (and their dogs) using the yard and not following the same rules as established by the management.The house was not as clean as we like, and the house vacuums were not functional. Also, there were no kitchen towels or products to clean up in the kitchen except paper towels and dish soap. For the rental price, this was a bit disappointing.Overall, it was a beautiful condo with great views and beach access.

The heater was on when we arrived and we had some toilet issues. You have to go through the one of the what they call a bedroom get to the master, but overall the property was close to the water and it accommodated our needs.

Lake Side

I rented unit 1 and 2. I was told that unit 1 was a nicer unit which it is. Kids loved the swings and slides. Bear Lake is a warm water lake. I enjoyed it. I used the gas grill which was good. Kitchen tools were good. We needed places to store clothes. Some ceiling fans did not work. There were a couple other small repairs needed. There were mouse dropping on the porch.

Communal space... 👎

This place was great except for a few big issues... It has three level and the bottom level didn't have ac. It was hot down there and has 5 of the 8 beds down there. Deal breaker. It also has a communal backyard... We just treated like a park where you share. But one of the neighbors were awful. They had set up a net and we assumed it was part of the communal stuff out there. Our kids bent a pole. They were enraged. We offered to replace it, they yelled, swore, threatened us, started throwing stuff around the yard. Here we are on vacation with little kids and having to call the cops. Ridiculous. Also there are 2 fire pits for the 6 places that have access. I'm cool with sitting around a fire with strangers, could be fun. Nobody was using one of them so we came out and started a fire. More yelling .. they had put the chairs out there I guess thinking that would reserve the fire pit all night, they didn't actually come out for hours to be around the fire. The whole thing was uncomfortable. I was worried about having slashed tires in the morning. I will never rent a place with a communal space again.

Perfect Slice of Heaven on Bear Lake

Had the most wonderful time at Bear Lake and it had everything to do with staying here. Clean. Spacious. Well equipped. Everything you could need or ask for (except that the dock does not reach the water - but they’re not responsible for lake evaporation 😉). Would highly recommend this property and will be coming back!
