The home was perfect for our family. They have everything you could possibly need and then some. The lanai and pool area were amazing, as well as the view of the lake. Peaches and Jorgan were amazing hosts and we would definately book again!

The lake and canal were nice, and the park was just a 2 minute walk. The heated saltwater pool was fantastic. We'd definitely stay there again.

Both the home and the property were beautiful. Jurgen and Peaches were very welcoming and kind to our family. The pool was refreshing and it’s always a bonus to have beaches nearby. We visited Sanibel, Ft Myers and Captiva. The beds were comfortable. Watching the sunrise from the dock is a must. The guys caught a lot of Bluegill from the dock. We also took the kayaks out a few times which is a nice bonus. Everything you need to relax at the beach or the pool is available (umbrella, sand toys, floats etc..). We loved our time here and did not want to leave.

We loved our stay in this home. The pool, screened in porch, and the lake view/access was wonderful! Even better yet were the owners/neighbors. Peaches and Yurgen treated us like family! They were so kind and generous and had everything that we needed or wanted. The house met our expectations but having such wonderful hosts exceeded our expectations! Would love to come back next year.

Perfect getaway

This is a great place for a few people to stay! The outdoor pool area and dock are the perfect place to relax!! Sunrises are spectacular and the pool area is in the sun all day! Lots of great restaurants are within an easy drive. Would definitely stay here again!!

Florida Fun!

We've stayed at many rentals in this area before and this property was one of the best equipped homes we've stayed at. It had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, comfortable beds, very clean, the pool area was quite lovely and heated to a perfect temperature! Peaches and Juergen were extremely helpful and nice. We look forward to returning!

Perfect relaxing vacation for our family

This house was the perfect getaway for our family to relax and recharge. The views over the lake were amazing, including kayaking in the canals. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor spaces, pool, and day trips to Sanibel. The owners next door were gracious hosts and made us feel like part of the family. We will be back!

Paradise!!

This was our first time staying at this property and we will definitely be returning! This was a multi generation trip and the house met everyone 's needs. The owners had thought of all the details to enhance our time at the house. Most importantly, our family made special memories and enjoyed time together. Family vacation

We had an awesome family vacation at this wonderful home. This property is very clean inside and out and very well appointed with all supplies needed to suit everyone. The outdoor covered pool was nice and warm with lots of chairs and space to lounge around. We really enjoyed the outdoors area in back yard including use of fire pit/the dock ,fishing poles, kayaks, pool, bbq.Beautiful sunrises and very relaxing views overlooking the water.The hosts Peaches and Juergen were very friendly and easy to chat with. We would highly recommend this amazing property!!

Amazing isn't enough to describe

Wow... very great home in a quiet neighborhood just at the mouth of a lake. Sun rises each day were amazing. House is well stocked and plenty of everything. Pool was kept warm and clean. Peaches and Juergen next door were there if you needed them. Kayaks, fire pit and everything outdoors were available vwe will definitely return as we have booked our stay for next year best VRBO experience we have had, and we have had plenty of good ones

Perfect holiday location

Dear Jürgen and Peaches, thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home for over a month. We enjoyed every minute and every aspect of our stay. Special thanks, Peaches, for the beautiful Christmas decorations in and around the house. The house itself felt like a real home to us. The layout and the decoration of the house made sure that we, together with our friends, had a perfect vacation. Not only the house, but also the location on the lake, the pool (wonderfully heated to 91F / 32C), the deck on the water, the BBQ and of course the great fire pit in the garden where we spent many happy hours in the evening, made this one of the best vacations ever in Florida. The contact we had with you was very pleasant. You always respected our privacy, but you were there when needed (which was rarely) and our toast to the new year will always stay with us as a fond memory. We would love to come back here again.

Cape Coral delight

We could not have been more pleased with our stay at Villa Saratoga Lake. Our reservation was last-minute and from the moment of requesting the reservation throughout our stay, our hosts could not have been more responsive. The home is exactly as advertised and suited us perfectly. The view from the pool area toward the lake is indeed exquisite. Situated on a canal leading to the lake led to beautiful sunrises, views of water and foliage as well as "wildlife" including birds and rabbits. The location was also perfect for all we planned to do while visiting Southwest Florida. We were delighted to meet our hosts, Peaches and Juergen on our arrival. It was almost like being welcome by friends and they remained in touch throughout our stay to be sure we had everything we needed. We look forward to the possibility of staying here again on future visits and definitely recommend this home for your Florida retreat.

Simply Amazing!!

Over the years we have rented many vacation homes at the Cape and this by far was the best rental we've had. First, the owners truly care about people and your experience, not just a rental. We felt like family. Second the photos simply cannot capture the setting and tranquil feeling of the property adequately. It is truly beautifully landscaped and very well maintained. Third, the home was spotless and very well appointed. The shower system was amazing, the pool was very warm and crystal clear. They also provided everything you could possibly need and then some. 😊 Fourth, the location was super close to restaurants and shopping. Even had a park down the street. We are so grateful to have found this vacation gem!! Was very difficult to leave!! Thank you Peaches and Juergen! Can't wait to go back!!

Amazing place you'll love it.

Our family truly enjoyed the time that we spent together at this home. The owners were conveniently located right next door and were basically available 24/7 to answer any questions or address any concerns. The sunrises were some of the most beautiful that i had ever seen. They seemed to shimmer across lake Saratoga for what seemed to be hours. Unfortunately it rained every evening that we were there and the nights were filled with the familiar sounds of southern Florida and a relatively cool breeze. Mosquitoes were not a factor on the patio as it and the pool are completely screened in. The dock, walkways, flowerbeds and large palm treeswere all illuminated in a very elegant lighting scheme. I personally felt like I was worth a million bucks while I sat around the very nice glass filled natural gas fire pit with my husband. My whole family seemed to really relax and do exactly what is intended on vacation. My boys were able to fish right off of the dock or they could use any of 3 supplied kayaks. My daughter stayed in the pool if she wasn't asleep or with us at the beach which is only about a 30-45 minute drive, depending on traffic. Also my kids loved the fact that there is a water park with a pool, slides and a lazy river located basically across the street. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is staying anywhere in or around Fort Myers/Cape Coral area.

Top Aufenthalt, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter.Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Gut ausgestattete Küche mit viel Geschirr und Gewürzen. Zwei Bädern mit vielen Handtüchern, Haartrockner in verschiedenen Versionen. In der Garage, Strandsachen wie Schirme, Kühlbox, Campingstühle und Poolequipment wie Schwimmreifen und Luftmatratze. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!

Tolles Haus mit Pool und Seeblick für pures Urlaubsfeeling

Wir haben bereits vorher Kontakt mit Petra und Jürgen aufgenommen und alle Details zum "Check-In" geklärt, was über die Chatfunktion sehr gut funktioniert hat. Angekommen in Cape Coral haben das Haus, die Umgebung und unsere tollen Vermieter unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Haus war so liebevoll eingerichtet, es war super sauber und sehr gepflegt, die Ausstattung war tip-top, es fehlte uns an nichts und wir konnten unsere Familienzeit in vollen Zügen genießen. Der Pool ist beheizt und der Blick über den See von der Terrasse und den Schlafzimmern aus - ein Traum. Unsere 5-jährige Tochter hat sich auch besonders wohlgefühlt... In ihrem eigenen Kinderzimmer mit jeder Menge Spielzeug. Wir haben die Zeit so genossen und sind nicht das letzte Mal da gewesen. Absolute Weiterempfehlung, vielen Dank nochmal!!!!

Love the family that owns this property, they were warm, friendly, helpful and accommodating - They were right there for anything we needed immediately and with a smile! We will come back whenever we need a place to stay in the area!
