Les Marie d'Antonin, Warm and comfortable Triplex : La Chalp de Saint-Véran

Les Marie d'Antonin is a triplex that was converted into our barn in 2010. We wanted to keep visible structural elements in order to preserve a memory of the place, the stones, the beams.
This completely refurbished family house is located in La Chalp-Sainte-Agathe, commune of Saint-Véran. There are two public parking lots, a restaurant, a distillery,
La Chalp has the advantage of being close to hiking trails (GR51) in summer and Nordic ski slopes in winter. The alpine ski resort is 1km away for access via Molines and 3km to Saint-Véran. It is possible to reach the resort by a small path at the end of the hamlet.
We have designed this accommodation with great attention so that it is pleasant to live in numbers, comfortable and well equipped.
You can enjoy the lively warmth of the fireplace stove which creates a whole atmosphere.

The first level includes cloakroom, toilet and shoe area then a double living room is separated by the dining table and then the kitchen adjoining a small storeroom. A long balcony of 11m, accommodates two deckchairs and a small table to enjoy the view of our beautiful mountains.from the apartment you can observe chamois, roe deer and marmots...

On the second level, there is a landing with a sofa bed, a small desk and a TV with film playback only.
We have the red bedroom with a 140cm double bed. It is possible to put the bb bed.
The children's bedroom offers two 90cm beds but a third folding bed is to be positioned if necessary.
A shower room includes: a jet shower, a sink, a toilet, a washing machine and storage.

The last level is the master bedroom. On either side of the stairwell are the bathroom and its toilet, then the bedroom with a 160cm bed.

Multigenerational families regularly stay with us and find it very pleasant to be able to be together while having the possibility of isolating themselves thanks to the configuration of the place.

The accommodations are like a balcony over the Aigue-Blanche valley. It enjoys a beautiful view of the surrounding ridges and the beautiful peak of Rochebrune, La Rousse...

In La Chalp, the advantage is that you have easy access to your car, sports and nature activities, the shuttle bus that allows you to travel without your car to the villages in the area, to reach the Guillestrois.

On foot, you can reach Saint-Véran by the path of the 4 trees which is a shortcut.

In winter as in summer, the tourist office sets up a calendar of interesting entertainments, many cultural activities, experiences, etc. discoveries are discovered.

The amenities of Molines: A (delicious) bakery with a connected area, a butcher's shop, a well-stocked price, an osteopath, a pizzeria... a tourist office, a library, honey house, restaurants, hotels, sports shops, ski school......

Saint-Véran: a grocery store, shop. of souvenirs, several restaurants including two gastronomic, sports shop... decoration, jewellery... A ski school, hotels....
