A bonus living space offers an additional futon along with several chairs -- creating the perfect spot to recharge after a day of sightseeing.

Find quiet privacy in the spacious master suite with a stately king bed and a 47” TV. Plan the day’s activities at the cozy office nook, or stretch out on the sofa and crack open a novel. The en-suite master bathroom offers plenty of room to refresh with a double vanity and a large walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is outfitted with a full-size bed and includes an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The first level also includes a half bath for added convenience.

This dog-friendly home includes a deck and a big yard. Step outside and relax with a cold beverage amid the peaceful greenery.

Note that the deck is attached to the homeowner's adjacent property.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washer/dryer, and parking for two vehicles.

Please note guests will have access to the yard. If you let your dog out in this area, please pick up after it and do not leave it unattended.

For the best chili and burgers in town, take a pleasant 2-minute stroll to Billy’s on Burnet, or walk 5 minutes to Pinthouse Pizza for elaborate pizza and over 40 rotating taps.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
